I have been coming here for years to watch the UFC fights and the bartenders have always taken care of me and have been amazing. Both Scotty and Molly have been exceptional. I came to use my birthday free 6 piece wings and their system was down. They let me know that I couldn’t use it even though it was active . I asked Scotty if he could ask the manager Jesse if there was something he could do for me. Scotty went over to ask Jesse and he just threw up his arms and basically said too bad. He didn’t even come over to talk to me personally. Crazy that a manager that represents a company that I have been coming here for years doesn’t even have the time to come over and talk to his patrons and at least maybe think of something outside of the box to take care of his customer. I guess that is why this location has a 3.7 google rating while my business in the same town, where I am the general manager and takes care of my customers has a 4.8 google review with over 1k reviews. Funny how he didn’t have the decency to come and talk to me, maybe that would have made the difference. I can’t imagine as a general manager myself that I wouldn’t personally come and address my customers. Read moreI visited this location (Temecula) on April 8, 2023, and the service and experience was HORRIBLE. I sat at the bar to have a drink, and within the first few minutes, I should have known to go to another establishment because it took over 10 minutes to get a drink. I continued to stay there for another hour, and within that time, I could NOT order food to save my life. I was starving. I watched the two bartenders serving everyone else and over serving multiple customers (they must know they get larger tips once they over serve customers). I truly felt invisible. I eventually paid for my beer and mentioned to the bartender that I was starving and I would be going across the street to get food, he immediately became rude as if it was my fault that I was not served food at his place of employment. I filed a complaint on Buffalo Wild Wings website, and they sent me free points for my next visit. That seemed completely inappropriate due to the nature of my complaint. I will never step foot into that location again. My complaint to them was not to get free food, but in hopes that their customers would be treated with better respect and possibly convenience. Read moreTried the Temecula location for the first time tonight. The pick up process was very unorganized. Just kinda had a bunch of people all piled on the small sidewalk waiting (with no social distancing). They had little signs but no one seemed to be following them. I feel like instead of having Doordash pick up, normal pick up, pay, they should have one line for all of them and at the end of the bar have the food pick up. That way not everyone is standing in front of the bar waiting for their orders. We ended up staying an extra 20 minutes after our supposed pick up time. As for the food, the traditional wings were pretty good. Although the sauces weren't actually on the wings, I don't know if this is normal for take out. The fries were overcooked and the oil definitely needed to be changed. My bag smelled of burned food, can't place what was burned though. The carrots were dry and had a weird texture. The sauces/dry rubs were pretty average.
I had such a good experience at the Murrieta location before, surprising that this one was such a flop. I'll likely return in the future to give it another chance. Maybe dine in...
