First Post: Sadly, we became to love this place, but after how I was treated by their problem… I will never come back again. My husband came to pick up our food that we ordered online. We ordered two small bowls and one Thai tea. When he arrived home, I noticed he never received the drink. As we proceeded to eat our small bowls, I noticed my bowl was not made correctly. I immediately started calling the store and the phone went to voicemail but the voicemail box is full. I called numerous times even someone picked up and hung up the phone on me. I must’ve tried at least 5 to 6 times. So I went online and submitted to be contacted via their comment area on their Website. Since I have not heard from them the next day, I decided to call. A young girl answered and passed on the phone to another lady who I assume was a manager or owner. When I told her what I was calling about, she said to me what do I want her to do about it !? She was exceptionally rude and very unprofessional. I stated since I ate the bowl and so did my (Husband) I don’t need a refund on those, but I would appreciate one for the drink that we never received. She asked me again. What do I want her to do about it? I told her that I thought this was very unprofessional, and I deserve a refund on the drink. She then asked me to hold, and I heard her asking a young man who worked last night if he knows? He said no, but he wasn’t working alone and named off to other men. So again, she asked me now what do you want me to do about it? This is really sad to us as again as I stated… We started loving this place, But I won’t be giving my money to them anymore. I thought I was being reasonable since for the saying of “if you eat the steak”, you don’t deserve a refund. But I was charged for a drink THAT WE DIDNT GET! You shouldn’t get a refund on the drink, Only!!
UPDATE: After writing the review, the store manager, Angel called me. He was very kind and apologetic for the demeanor of Rebecca, which was the lady I spoke to. He offered to provide us with a free meal. I told him that I would update this review and let him know that I appreciated him very much for Being so professional and trying to make this right. I’m changing my star review from...
Read moreI don't like to give negative reviews but in this case, I feel it is necessary. The food is great and Jordan (I hope I'm spelling it right) was wonderful. Another coworker (a young male) was disrespectful and unprofessional towards her. While we were ordering (family of 3) he had started helping her with our order to speed up the process. However, he then choose to help the person behind us with her order. Once he was done, he actually cut in between our orders to move the other customer behind us through. I don't have a problem with this concept, I have a problem with the way Jordan was in the middle of the a bowl and had to stop for him to start and finish the customer behind us. Plus he asked her to get an ingredient that was running low while she was filling our order. She quietly asked him what he was doing, and he said something to the effect of, "I'm not going to let these people wait in line." Jordan tried to work around him and help us out. Our order ran the line out of oranges and he asked for help in getting that ingredient for the customer behind us. Jordan quietly told him they weren't put out that morning. The young man then replied loudly that he wasn't expected to know to do that since it was his first opening shift. He then took the time while checking out the second customer that he was getting his second vaccine today, making us wait to check out. Once again, I understand trying to speed up the process, but this man's attitude towards another coworker in display of customers is unacceptable. I was going to purchase additional drinks, but at that point I just wanted to leave. Jordan remained professional the entire time and tried her best to speed us through. She deserves 5 stars, but I'm giving 1 due to the lack of professionalism of...
Read moreSuper scrumptious places with some amazingly fresh fish! Finding a place with super fresh ahi and salmon is hard to come by unless you’re right next to the ocean so they definitely have a really great supplier. I love that they have so many toppings to choose from and you can choose as many as you want. Some places I’ve been to cap you off at 3 or four. A thing that you must try is their tacos. I got the crunchy shrimp and it was sooo amazing! The spicy mayo on it really sealed the deal for me. They also have a Gogi marinated beef one that I heat is amazing as well. You can get one taco for $3.5 or two for $6.00. Each bowl comes out to about $12 dollars unless you add some extra scoops to it. All in all this place is really great and Temecula really needed them. Seriously best poke in town...
