Unforgettable Experience at EOS Fitness Temecula Parkway! My wife and I had an incredible experience at EOS Fitness on Temecula Parkway, and we couldn't be more impressed with the facility, the staff, and the overall atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, valued, and supported—not just as potential members, but as people looking to improve our health and fitness in a meaningful way.
The gym is top-notch, packed with various machines, free weights, cardio equipment, a pool, and a movie theater offering something for every fitness level. What really stood out, though, was the positive energy—everyone working out seemed genuinely happy to be there, which speaks volumes about the community EOS Fitness has created.
The Dream Team: Amia, Michael, and Jon! We first met Amia, and she was absolutely phenomenal! From the very beginning, she made us feel like we belonged. She didn't just give us a quick rundown of the programs—she took her time to walk us through everything EOS has to offer. Whether it was high-intensity interval training, strength training, or yoga classes, she made sure we understood every detail without feeling overwhelmed. What impressed us most was her enthusiasm and passion for helping people find the right fitness path. You can tell she truly believes in EOS and what it stands for. Amia has a warm, engaging personality that made the entire sign-up process feel effortless and exciting.
Then came my first workout with Michael, and let me tell you—this guy is on another level! He didn't just throw me into a routine and call it a day. He took the time to educate me on how different muscle groups work together, why specific exercises are essential, and how to get the most out of my workouts. But what truly set him apart was his genuine care and attention to detail.
I dislocated my shoulder about six months ago, and Michael made it his mission to ensure I could train safely while still getting a killer workout. He carefully assessed my movements, suggested modifications, and ensured I was challenging myself without risking further injury. That level of personalized care and expertise is something you just don't find everywhere. His knowledge, patience, and ability to tailor workouts to each individual's needs make him an absolute GREAT TRAINER!
And then there's Jon, the manager—the guy who truly ties everything together. If EOS Fitness had a heartbeat, Jon would be it. His leadership is evident in every aspect of the gym, from the way his team interacts with members to the welcoming, uplifting atmosphere throughout the facility. Jon made sure we fully understood not just how the gym works but how EOS is designed to help people achieve real results. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or just improve your overall health, Jon makes it clear that EOS is a place where you will be supported, motivated, and pushed toward your goals.
Beyond that, Jon is just an incredible person to talk to. He's approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about every member's fitness journey. You don't always find that kind of hands-on leadership in a gym, but at EOS, it's clear that customer service and community are top priorities. Why EOS Fitness Stands Out What makes EOS different? It's not just a gym—it's an experience. It's a place where you're not just another membership number but part of a community that wants you to succeed. From Amia's incredible customer service to Michael's unparalleled training expertise to Jon's outstanding leadership, this is a team that truly cares.
If you're looking for a gym where you feel welcomed, supported, and truly valued, look no further. EOS Fitness on Temecula Parkway is THE place to be! A huge thank you to Amia, Michael, and Jon—you've made a lasting impression on us, and we're beyond excited to be part of the EOS...
Read moreI have been a member at EOS for 7 years. I have signed up for the kids club membership for my 2 children. My older daughter is 8 and has been going to EOS since she was 2 years old. We loved going to EOS. About a month ago, I went to the Murrieta location and checked my kids in only for them to tell me that I don’t have childcare and I haven’t had it since 2021. I asked how is that possible since I go nearly every day to the Temecula location and they said that people just weren’t doing their job. I was going to talk to member services at the front but they were busy so they told me I was ok for the day and someone would call me whether from Murrieta or Temecula so we could figure it out. No one ever called. I went back to Temecula and I was told my childcare was still not there. I asked to figure it out and they redirected me to calling Murrieta. I only froze my membership twice. Once after I had given birth to my second child where it was then reactivated, and the other time was when COVID happened and they automatically froze childcare services. After that, me and my family continued to go. Murrieta put a request in to reactivate my child care. 2 weeks pass by and I call and they tell me it’s still processing but I can go and work out and that they would call Temecula and put it in my notes on my account. I go to Temecula and they tell me no one called and that there were no notes but they allowed me to stay. I call back Murrieta and explain the situation again, this person did not see that the request was put in to reactivate my childcare and I haven’t had it since 2022, which was different from what I last heard. I emailed the customer service email I had written when initially freezing my account only to be told that I had cancelled my child care membership September 20th of this year. I write back how is that possible and that I never authorized that and they did not write me back. I call back Murrieta and explain further. They said they could put back child care services onto my account but this time I would have to pay 25$ per child when before I paid 15$ for both my kids. I asked how is that fair when I never authorized for it to be cancelled. They told me a manager would call me. 3 days pass by with no calls. I call back again and ask about my status. They said that the manager would call me back when they get in at 4PM. It’s 6 o clock with no calls. I am very frustrated at this point and call to cancel my membership and I explain why. The lady on the phone didn’t apologize, didn’t try to remedy the situation in anyway. I am very disappointed in EOS. I wanted to stay because me and my kids were comfortable going there and we loved the kids club staff. This situation felt like it happened so I would be charged more. To be treated this way after being a member for years and years is very saddening and I will be...
Read moreFirst, my family and I enjoy the EOS gym in Temecula, California, however their staff needs to be trained on customer service and work ethics.
I recently signed up my family of three (one being a minor- 16 yr old ) for the Grey membership. It was like a car dealership literally going through the plans and mumbo jumbo. I was able to negotiate the down payment to be lowered and they added my minor 16 yr old for $5 per month more. On November 12, 2022, I had called and spoken to Trevor or Travis prior to arriving and he informed me I can bring a guest. I brought my older adult son to work out with us as a guest as he was visiting us. As we arrived, I was informed by Trevor or Travis, I could not bring both sons in as I had the minor son with me (I pay for a membership for him and he is accompanied by a legal guardian or parent). Since I am paying for my minor/teenagers membership he isn't a guest! When we arrived Trevor or Travis informed me someone would have to wait outside and not go in, or purchase a new pass. I should have just walked out.
After looking at their EŌS company policies, what Trevor or Travis and Mandy failed to inform us about was the 7 day free trial? They should have said "Sure we can give him a 7 day free trial pass, so no one has to sit outside and wait." But no! Their greed superseded any type of ethical and moral responsibility. They care more about getting that sales quota in and that commission than conducting business ethically.
I inquired on the new French Valley/Winchester EŌS being built and Mandy stated "Its ONLY for the Black Member level." And she'd be happy to upgrade us for future use of that facility. Hilarious to say the least. It's a hard pass!!!!!
To EOS Corporate, train your staff better! Good and honest work ethics go a long way.
To future EOS customers, you're entitled to a 7 day free trial pass. If you work for a state or government entity other gyms offer discounted prices and lower down payments for your membership. Keep that in mind and negotiate your down payment and cost or go...
