Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Temecula

Worse location in the area. Can't take an order right. Can't prepare the food right, People were piled up at the Drive-Thru and there were no signs of it being out of order. The booth tables all had crumbs and cup circles smeared, not clean at all. Lady behind the counter had an attitude as if she just didn't want to do anything. It was only 4pm on a Friday, not even rush-hour.

They just don't care anymore and with the new $20/hour increase they will put themselves out of a job and maybe shut down the location. Carl's Jr/Hardee's is a Southern California Icon, Karl Archer is spinning in his grave right now. 😥

The next move Corporate will introduce is a Drive-Thru A.I. to replace the rising cost of hourly wages and then increase the prices even more. For what it's worth the food at a local cafe or restaurant would be better for the same price. I'd eat at Denny's for $15-20 a person and just be done...

I lived here since 1988 we've been through countless managers for Carl's juniorsand then we have now is quite obviously the worse most of all she's had employees that worked here before she even got here walk out,there's more but let's Carl's Jr's management review her employment here or just with Carl karcher restaurants LLC. So when she walks in and she sees me enjoy myself here charging my phone drinking my coffee she walked to the floor supervisor over to control panel flip the switch and turned off the power. What really pisses me off is that power switch also turns off the flying insect zapper. Love their Monster biscuit! However, I arrived around 7a.m., and was the only one dining inside, and with 2 TV's blasting a sports talk show, with Stephen A. Smith and others. So the entire time I was eating, I had to listen to these guys practically YELLING their opinions. And OVER each other. Both TV's up WAY too loud. Made for a very unsettling and unpleasant dining experience. (I had a similar experience the previous time I ate at another Carl's Jr...that time, the MUSIC was blaring full blast! Early morning is not the time for such loud noise. TV and music are fine, but please, regulate the volume. I give 5 stars for the food, and 1 star for the inside dining experience. Average...
