I recently visited Ritzy Rags in Temecula. I found several items that I truly liked. I was asked if I wanted to try on the garments and I told them that I just came from a radiation treatment, was sweaty, and wasn’t wearing a bra. At this time thy should have told me that they do not accept returns or exchanges. They did not and I purchased the items. Once home and showered I tried on the clothes and found that two of them did not work for me. I went back the following Tuesday and informed of their policy and pointed to a sign behind the employee (I didn’t see it as it was blocked by her body). The employees told me that there were several signs around the store; none of which I saw. I won’t be going back but if you do, don’t concern yourself with being courteous, try on the items. This was honestly such a frustrating experience. I took so many very good quality, trendy clothing items and shoes including designer jeans to them only to be ALL turned down. I spent the 30 minutes I waited for them to go through the clothing shopping for what I would get with store credit but sifted through a bunch of out dated and cheap clothing items that were overpriced which could be found at a local Goodwill.
