I am writing to share my recent experience at your location, which was quite disappointing and troubling. My two coworkers and I visited for lunch, and right from the start, we were met with an inappropriate comment from a staff member. As she approached our car, she made a remark implying that we "look like drug dealers" while speaking to another coworker through her headset. This comment was not only confusing but also left us feeling insulted.
After this uncomfortable encounter, we initially left but returned when we discovered that the onion rings we were given were old and had likely been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. Upon entering, the same staff member loudly referred to us as "the drug dealers" again, laughing with another employee. I found this behavior to be unprofessional and deeply offensive. When I asked her to stop, she dismissed my concerns, stating that I was "blowing it out of proportion."
I attempted to explain that we are part of a medical transport company that provides essential services to hospitals, and her comments were not just disrespectful but damaging to our professional image. Unfortunately, her response was to downplay my concerns further, which was disheartening. When I inquired about the manager, I was shocked to learn that she was, in fact, the manager.
This experience was unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. I believe that professionalism and respect should be upheld in all customer interactions, and I hope that this feedback can lead to improvements in staff training and...
Read moreMy wife and I saw the commercials for the new "Royal" chicken sandwiches and decided to try them out. It was about $27 for two medium meals and a rodeo cheeseburger. In my opinion this is reaching beyond fast food and into actual restaurant pricing, which is fine if the quality is there, but it was definitely not.
I don't think I've ever been this disappointed at a Burger King. When we opened the bag the sandwiches were much smaller than the ones in the commercial. I get it, it's a commercial, but these things were dinky.
The onion rings and chicken patties were disgusting and tasted like they hadn't changed the fryer oil in weeks. I've never had to throw away Burger King onion rings before and I did tonight. Actually inedible.
The fries with the other meal tasted old and had the same texture as if they'd been sitting at room temp for an hour.
After all this we thought ok at least we have the rodeo cheeseburger. How could that let us down? The bun was the literal consistency of a dish sponge. I could barely even bite through, and there was one tiny onion ring.
Seriously sad, do better BK. Either hire people who care enough to do the bare minimum and serve fresh safe food or just shut it down.
Now I'm here wondering if I'm going to get sick from what I ate and have to miss work. Hitting up Rally's next...
Read moreI would give it a 0 but here we go, went to dine in, they have the new touch screen order stations, I tried 3 of them, I must not have a pulse because they did not work or had very long delays, the workers would pass by never acknowledged us or offered any assistance, they actually went out of their way not to make eye contact with us, I stood at the front cashier desk for about 4 minutes and still no help, they would pass in front of us as if we were invisible. They have the same ordering screens all over Europe , with the difference that they work, and if they don’t work there is someone to assist, these people at BK agave no manners or they did not want to help because we are Hispanic, I didn’t see any Hispanics preparing food, that’s the only thing I can think of. It’s ok I went to dilly’s dely, super friendly staff and great food, I wasn’t going to have people that are rude and ignore us...
