06/12/25 Place is good, but considerably more so than the last two days, which is presumably because of the two CEO looking gentlemen in the kitchen evaluating the workers.
Here's why: -Food: Portion sizes - I usually get one scoop chicken, but today I asked for two scoops. -Last two days, the port for one scoop was pretty measly. -I asked the server a question to confirm the size of the scoop (4oz/32g of protein), and they referred to one of the CEO type men, which confirmed this. -After asking that question he assisted the worker in serving me and served me 3 scoops instead of 2 (which is good because i said that i was trying to overload on protein today and they took that into consideration.) -This didn't effect the price, I paid just over 15 dollars, same as the last 2 days.
-Service: Portion Sizes - Like I said above, the CEO looking guy informed my of some relevant information in relation to my question about Portion size and protein content. -Unfortunately, the server didn't really have any information, so she had to refer to the guy, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but for people who are strict about the macro-nutritients this will be a turn off from Chipotle. For someone like me who is mildly concerned with that, its not a big deal, but I would be more convenient if the workers knew the answer. Proactive Workers - It seemed like everyone had a purpose today, they were all moving, doing something. The difference in today and the last two days is noticeable. -Today everyone was doing something, even though I was the only person in line, everyone acted like there was constant work. -The last 2 days I was less observant about this, but everyone was noticeably less intentional, like a robot waiting for a command, rather than a person pursuing a goal. -Atmosphere: Attitude - Today and the last 2 days a starkly different in comparison. -This is a good thing for optics, however, I don't know how the workers were feeling internally. -Everyone was upbeat and proactive today, putting in effort to satisfy my requests. The last two days was the same, just noticeably less intensity. -Everyone who was serving me was interactive with me. I know its easy to do that depending on the customer, for example I had a quick question and I knew what I wanted, but maybe another customer who isnt sure or is confused might cause a change in the attitude, whether positive or negative really depends on the worker.

When I moved over to this area a few years ago, this location was amazing! But itâs gone downhill. The portions at this location are a joke, I canât believe I even pay $3 more for âextraâ meat when the whole â2 scoopsâ look like half a serving. The staff seems so inconvenienced by everyoneâs existence and that they actually have to do their job. Theyâre also always out of stuff. I understand when nighttime, just before closing time hits, thatâs understandable but to be completely out of chips, tea, have no straws, napkins, and no hot sauce out except one empty bottle only 2.5 hours after opening, its disturbing. I canât even eat at this location, itâs constantly disgusting, with maybe 1 clean table.
After todayâs experience I will not be returning to this location ever again. Iâll drive an extra 10 minutes to avoid this disaster of a store. I will say that the food does taste ok, but when you donât get the proper scoops of things itâs not as good - edible, yes but...
   Read morePlace the order online to be ready for pick up at 4:30pm I arrived at 4:40pm and it was not there, an employee said I needed to go to the other Tempe location near Priest and Elliot even though I did not order it to be at that location. I got there and they did not have it and said I needed to go back to the original place. I went back to the original location at Elliot/Discovery and arrived at 5:20pm this time and it still wasn't there. I talked to a girl there and she made it on the spot when she searched for it and found it not completed. There is no excuse for this disorganization and I will never return to either of those 2 locations ever again. Just a BIG wasted my time and gas for traveling between both locations, which with gas prices these days is a big deal. They seemed more busy focusing their interest on the cake of whoever's birthday it was- Not to mention you can't even call and speak to someone (manager?) to have the order cancelled - disgusting organization and process.
