I have to share our wonderful experience with Jamar at Dunkin' Donuts. From the moment we drove up to the drive through, his warm and welcoming demeanor set a positive tone for our visit. Jamar exudes a beautiful spirit and has an infectious energy that immediately puts you at ease. He genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to ensure their comfort.
As my family and I were contemplating our orders, Jamar took the time to suggest a variety of delicious options. He highlighted some of the most popular items and even shared his personal favorites. His enthusiasm and knowledge were impressive, and it had my wife and me smiling and nodding at each other, appreciating how he was making our experience so enjoyable.
Throughout our visit, Jamar's attentiveness was truly remarkable. He checked in with us to see if we needed anything else and made sure our drinks were just right. His ability to engage in friendly conversation while efficiently serving us was a testament to his exceptional customer service skills.
Dunkin' Donuts has a gem in Jamar. His joyful presence feels like a ray of sunshine, and he adds immense value to the team. He was was taking orders, fixing the food, pouring the coffee and I commented to him as to how very hard he was trying. I highly commend his efforts!! Then a short young woman walks into the work area with earbuds and moving as slow as a turtle. She completely ignored how busy it was and slowly did NOTHING while frowning the whole time. I walked back to the bathroom and found the door locked, so asked for the bathroom key. She completely ignored me or could not hear anything with her earbuds blasting. The young man had to go back and tap her on the shoulder just to get her attention and ask for the bathroom key. She FROWNED, and slowly reached into her pocket and slowly took out the key. She would not even extend her arm to hand it to the nice man. He had to reach out to get the key from her because she just stood there frowning. She is the most lazy entitled rude ugly little jerk I have seen in years! I hope that somehow DD Management reads this review and fires that useless slow motion woman and gives a promotion to the hard working man instead. Please note that he was working on Father's Day and got absolutely no help from that useless slow motion woman. Absolutely pathetic! I want to give 10 stars to the hard working man. Lobby was empty other maybe one other customer that was chit chatting with the cashier.
Order: 1 LARGE Latte with almond milk with one pump of liquid cane. 1 LARGE Specialty Cocoa Mocha.
Took 10 minutes after the vehicle in front of us left to make the two drinks. Fully unacceptable, given the fact that the location was fully staffed. Again, one employee was casually speaking to someone at the register. Two of the employees were chit chatting the entire time at the window. Another employee made our drinks. Both drinks were handed to us in small cups, with labels clearly stating that the beverages were rung up as ālargeā. We asked nicely to double check if they were indeed giving us a large beverage, giving them a chance to catch their mistake. They looked at the cup, then lied and stated they were. Thatās when we flat out told the employees that they were not giving us large beverages, that we knew they werenāt because we regularly visit Dunkinā. They then took our beverages back to fix them. All they did was fill the cup up with more milk. The Signature Cocoa Mocha was not made into a āSignatureā beverage. Zero toppings that were paid for were added onto it.
