I work wth food service. When it comes to writing complaints it's really not my style but I really have to about this location. I tried calling corporate and waited on the phone for over ten minutes which makes it so much more frustrating. Worse Customer service experience I have ever encountered seriously!!! I try to order sundaes the girl taking my order had no clue what she was doing. I understand she may be new but cmon why are you asking me how much the sundae is and how to make it then I don't work there you do. Clearly she needed help and the two other associates didn't care to help or teach her. The other girl starts making the sundae they are out of choc chip. Not the end of the world but you could have been a little nicer. THren she starts making me a banana sundae. Touches her nose piercing no gloves on full blown touches my banana. Super disgusted. Ask for a refund don't cause a big scene the manager which btw knew we have been waiting for atleast over 10 minutes didn't approach us once asked why we wanted a refund nothing. No type Of leadership what's so ever. Horrible experience and because of that I will never walk into a dunkin donut again. I complain because I genuinely feel like the dm really needs to pay this store a visit. This all happened Tuesday around 3 pm. Read moreI come here almost every morning and never had an issue. Today I ordered a $ 6 meal. When I got home and opened my bag half of the croissant was totally burnt. I got back in my car and drove back to ask for a fresh order. I gave the young lady my entire bag for a fresh order. She gave me a new sandwich and I asked for fresh hash browns as well. She asked me why I wanted fresh hash browns and I informed her that I hadn't touched them and they were cold at this point. She turned around to walk off and said, "oh bruh" as if I was bothering her. At this point I just asked for a refund. The fact that this young lady thought it was ok to make a sly comment is crazy to me. I work hard for every dollar that I make. Whoever sent that burnt sandwich out obviously doesn't care about standards or customer satisfaction. The young lady with the attitude should be given more training as to how to treat paying customers who are loyal to this location. I am thankful to the morning drive thru workers who are always pleasant during the week when I come. I'm so irritated with the young rude woman that I probably won't return. Read morei would give this place a zero stars if possible. never had a problem at any dunkin place before this one. my sister and i waited over 20 minutes just for them to help us and we were ignored. i stood in the ordering line and in the pick up line to get their attention for my mobile order. they had their heads down and would not even look at me. once i finally got their attention, i told them my order and they still didn't help me. about 15 minutes later, i was in the pick up line and when i finally got their attention, they asked me what my order was. i told them and they started talking in english and another language as well about making the drink. im not sure if they were confused about how to make the drink but they took about 10 minutes to make the drink itself and would not give me a receipt when i asked. it wasn't busy and the 3-4 workers were just talking the entire time. super disappointed with my visit. just wanted to get my drink and go to class. even though i was still kind and attentive to them, i would like that to be reciprocated. dunkin, please hire better, kinder workers. as someone who has worked in fast food, i would never treat a customer like this. anyways fire them and hire me ;) on a serious note, do...
