Quickly Boba Cafe. USF — Restaurant in Temple Terrace

I come here as often as I can, but due to distance not as often as I want which makes remembering the drink a problem, going to this store is a treat not daily event. I love when the guy that prepares my drink who’s favorite is the honeydew. He always gets my order correct with me just describing.

I came today and was so disappointed, I know the drink I like but not the name. I specifically said I do not like the taste of tea multiple times and wanted the one that doesn’t taste like tea with the flavor of strawberry and one of almond.

What made me frustrated Was that multiple times I clarified and made sure to make a point I don’t know the name but don’t like tea tasting one and that the drinks do not have visible ice in it. So when I placed the order, the girl didn’t stop from ordering the drink, despite me asking her to make sure the drink doesn’t taste like tea Of course I get served something that tastes like tea. Had I said I had an allergy maybe there would be more common sense not to put tea in the customer’s drink? So I asked to refuse the order, option not available so I bought, yes bought the correct one. And yes bought and paid for a total of five drinks, so now I’ll only come when the Honeydew is there because he can follow direction/process of elimination.

Again, the drinks are delicious, I should not be expected to know the name of the drinks. When I go to restaurants the waiters make recommendation based off what I like and don’t, and can guarantee they will not recommend spicy food when I don’t like it and will warn me...

Love the variety and the deals they have here! HOWEVER, it is very inconsistent. For example, ordered the Froot Loop drink and asked for coffee jelly instead of boba. Was told this wasn't possible so added coffee jelly and was charged for it. Received my drink with no boba and just coffee jelly. So paid the up charge for nothing. Then had asked for 50% but by the time I had left and tried the drink- it wasn't. So now have to throw the whole drink away because their 100% is straight syrup and an undrinkable artificial mess and I was so sad because had been looking forward to this all day. This is one bad experience and I know doesn't speak of the whole establishment. For example, their grilled chicken banh mi is very good and saucy and I have had my drinks made property before.

Update: Took you guys up on your offer and got the Froot Loop drink this time at 25% and received this. Yum! Definitely recommend 25% because over that is sickly sweet. This was still sweet but just the right amount. Thank you management for letting me try...

I’ve been coming here since moving here for college, from 2017 until now, it’s been a great atmosphere not only for studying but also hanging out with friends. The food has always been great and they give you a good amount. The milk tea is my favorite but I’ve also tried some of their unique recipes and they’re also really good. However, the boba, for me, remains the best in the area. I’ve been to many other shops in tampa, Brandon, and even another quickly franchise in Orlando and Quickly USF is 100% my favorite and most consistent with quality. Over the years I’ve seen many people work there but they’ve all been very nice and helpful when giving recommendations. Additionally, I always see them constantly improving and trying to make things better for the customer, they’ve added bigger tables and added visual aids for the menu, and added discounts/punch cards recently.

I come here at least once a week and will continue to do so. I recommend this place to all my friends and family and enjoy spending the day here when I...
