Ok, so first of all I have never actually ate at this establishment. I noticed this on the Too Good to Go app and figured you know what, let me look at this menu because my wife and I love seafood. Maybe we'll go and eat there sometime. Reviews are extremely important to me. I check reviews for literally EVERYTHING. Often times, it is less about the amount of stars, but more about the words being said, and the responses to that by the establishment. If someone posts a negative review, that doesn't instantly scare me off. What's extremely alarming in this case though, is the responses of ownership. Could someone have lied about something? Sure. Could someone's pallet be different and they just didn't like your food for whatever reason? Sure. Ultimately though, you have no control over those things. You simply provide quality food and service, and let the chips fall where they may (in regards to the reviews you receive). With 4.7 stars, the establishment is doing fine. But I was instantly turned off when I read some of the responses by ownership. I wrote this not to bash or bring down, but in the hopes that it allows whoever is writing responses to these reviews to see the err of their ways. Respond with grace please. The combative, and at times unprofessional nature of the responses made me decide not to spend my money there. If someone posts an unfavorable review handle it politely, apologize, and invite them to contact you with any issues, in the hopes that your positive interaction will draw them back. If you have an issue with the Too Good to Go app, don't be a partner. The sole purpose of the app is to minimize waste, and making extra money in the process is a bonus. That doesn't mean that food should be of lesser quality or even worse, lesser health standards. Take pride in your food and service, because people don't forget their first impression. Whether it was through a waste-minimizing app, or a sit-down dinner. If you were giving it to the homeless, then why not continue doing that? Doesn't that help carry out the mission of minimizing waste? It just doesn't add up. Praying this helps ownership understand that you have to be more mindful of the way you handle...

It’s so funny how you mention the app! Def will be directing your answer to the app so they can see how you treat you only good customers .. it’s funny how this places comes at me like I can’t make a review .. I ordered it from your establishment and I didn’t like the food so I’m leaving a review that’s what reviews are for when people review your food I see it all the other different type of reviews that you have on here from people that have eaten from your facility that were very unhappy and you guys come to your defense being very rude how do you expect to have a loyal customer if Instead of correcting it you come defense mode when the customer is always right it’s our review it’s our opinion of your food… improve the sauces ! Needs work.. all surprised desserts are...
Read moreWe did get 2 boxes from there. It was nasty everything tasted like it was out all day and sprinkle to make it wet. Not even warm. When it was cooked this morning, I am guessing it was to long soaking in water. It tasted slimy and mushy. Very little in the crab legs that was slimy and mushy. Very little as in you had to look for it. Cat not eat. We had to just make PPJ sandwiches which tasted a whole lot better like 1000% better. We will never go back. Never serve food like that no matter how much is paided or what app they buy though. That food was served old and can make people sick. Remember more than half you give bad food to you only get that one chance. In house there are 4 people that found that so bad to not go back. This was 4 people tasting to decide if they will go back and spend more. We open the boxes and it looked ok so we were ready to get more until we tried the food. Some people to one chance and that it. They they tell there friends and neighbors. Don’t keep food all day, don’t feed people old nasty food. Fresh food should be given all ways people buy. I see an rewiew we’re they bought off a app. And the best way to ruin or business is save the stuff you can’t sell at lunch for your boxes people pick up at 6 so they are cold, soggy and have no taste. Give great food min 1 hours old and retain customers that will come buy made...
