For me, this is the Best place for liver. Staff very friendly, bathrooms are very clean. For all those veterans out there, you also get a military discount.👍👍 update March 5, 2023. VERY DISAPPOINTED with today's visit. I ordered the 16 piece tenders w/4 rolls, and A Gallon of Sweet Tea.. Chicken is EXTREMELY DRY. YOU CAN BARELY CHEW IT & BATTER ON IT YOU CANT CHEW, YOU HAVE TO PEEL IT OFF THEN NOT MUCH CHICKEN LEFT TO EAT. IT LOOKS AS IF IT HAS BEEN RE-FRIED FROM AN EARLIER BATCH THAT DIDNT SELL.... I've been buying meals here at least 3 times a month for over 6 years & never had a reason to complain but with the JUMP IN PRICE for 16 small pieces that is mainly BATTER to $24.99 from $17.99 is utterly ridiculously for what little chicken you actually get once the HARD UNEDIBLE BATTER is peeled off is Absolutely Ridiculous . At least the employees are very courteous. I can't believe you raised the price that much, you could tell there were new price tags on the menu board once the vehicle moved out of the way. Today is June 21. We went through the drive-through at straight up 12 noon. We had to wait for gizzards. Which I never have a problem waiting for food as long as I get what I ordered. I have no issues with that absolutely at all I was told by the general manager who took the order that it would be six minutes for them to drop some gizzards. I’m like OK no problem. So we waited and waited. Six minutes. Turn into almost 20 minutes. My wife went inside, and whoever was working back in the kitchen was very unprofessional, not courteous and not what Customer Service should be when she interacted with my wife regarding our order and why it was taking so long. We as customers understand issues and things happen. But when you interact with customers, learn how to be tactful and polite because Customers who frequent this business are providing you with a way to make a living by patronizing bushes chicken. Either change your job, possibly something where you don’t have to interact with people I never had issues with the quality of the food and usually the customer service is pretty decent and even an exceptional employee every now and then but this lady brought the house down with Customer Service and makes your...
