Disappointed in my visit today. Pulled in for the first time. No menus are easily visible until after the order window, can’t look over the menu during the long wait. In my picture you can see where they should add a menu on the building for the next car in line to know what they are going to order. Only two cars ahead of us and we were in line for over 20 mins. Building is painted all white so it’s very hard on the eyes if the sun is out like it was today. Very poor choice of paint. Felt like I was back in Colorado blinded by the sun reflecting off the snow. Ordered 1 drink and it took over six mins from time we ordered to receiving our drink. There were 4-5 people in the building so not sure what they are doing to take so long on one drink. Still not sure if my drink was correct. Why was there foam? Every cold brew I’ve ordered had ice in the drink. This one didn’t. Still confused on that. Also wasn’t a big fan of the vanilla syrup. Never had a cold brew that was layered but maybe that’s how they do it. I think they could do much better and with the limited space they should be doing their best to keep the line moving at a rapid pace so the wait line doesn’t spill out...
Read moreI have been coming here for 3 months now and they are amazing!! But I have always had a problem with the afternoon crew, and I’m unsure why. The morning crew has never made my drinks wrong and it almost feels like the afternoon crew does it on purpose. I had asked for a replenish refresher with lemonade. And instead they put club soda. Not sure if the girls were offended by my dog barking and that’s what made them change change my drink, or if the lemonade was out if that’s the case I was it notified. There should be no confusion between club soda and lemonade. So if you order after 1p make sure/taste your drink to make sure it’s made correctly. But other than that everything is amazing!!! Read moreokay, we’ve never had any bad problems or experiences with ignite but yesterday that we went not only did they mess up our order but also charged us way more than it should’ve been and weren’t really helpful when we told them that it was wrong after we payed. We ordered kids smoothies like we usually do and the girl even confirmed that they were kids and they’re usually 7.00 … we ended up paying $23 and after we had already payed without knowing how much it was they offered to change out the bigger size for a kids. What frustrated me the most was that we told the girl exactly what we wanted, she confirmed what we said and still put it in wrong and didn’t tell us how much it was or say the order again to maybe avoid...
