Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Tennessee

I ordered a specialty cake for my 5 year old daughters birthday. While ordering I was told it could be ready on Thursday around 330. This was on Wednesday and I thought that might be rushing them a little bit so I chose for Friday at 4 giving them 2 days to complete this order. Once I got to the store at 415 to pick it up they could not find my cake and told me that it did not get made and a simple, “well, I’m sorry”. That’s all they had to say. I asked what options I had and rather than offer me a free cake from the premise ice cream cakes, I was told I could choose from one of those. Then they gave me my refund and offered me free coffee or doughnuts. I found this very offensive because they were willing to offer me something that would be thrown out at the end of the night but not something that would keep over night after they forgot to make my daughters cake that she picked out. When I asked why my cake wasn’t made they said, “I guess it just fell through the cracks”. I will never go there for cakes again and warn anybody against going there as well. It is obvious to me that their customers aren’t people they care about, they are just another number. A word of advice to the business from somebody who has been in customer service for over 20 years, when you mess up a major event for someone, such as their daughters 5 year old birthday, you do WHATEVER you have to do to make it up to them. You had a chance to create a customer for life who would sing your praises but rather you created somebody who will warn people against using your establishment for any...

Ordered a cake online and went to pick it up. Employee could not find it. After waiting 20-30 minutes in the store, I was told my cake was never made. I asked for a refund but instead was offered a cake from the freezer. None of the cakes were what I ordered for my son's birthday which was that day. They were all chocolate cake and my son does not like chocolate cake. I explained to the employee that none of those were the cake I wanted and I ordered something specific. I stated I wanted my money back and was told he wouldn't give it back because the manager, who was not there, didn't authorize it and all I could do was take a cake from the freezer. I took the cake because it was my son's birthday and I had no other choice after wasting 30 plus minutes in the store while the employee tried to figure out what was going on. I asked for corporate's number so I could see about my refund. The employee said he didn't know it. I asked him to call his manager again to get it, but instead he comes back with a pen and paper for me to write down my info. I said that's not what I asked you to do andt he refused to get the corporate number for me. 4 days later, I have yet to hear back from anyone at the store. And to top it all off, the cake was gross. The customer service I received was deplorable and I will never patronize this location again.

Also, as I was waiting, I couldn't help but notice how filthy the restaurant was. The ice container was open and the scoop was in there with the ice, which everyone k knows is a big no no. Crumbs and sticky...

Went here before I had to go to class and was almost late because of how long I had to wait for one drink. While waiting at the window they didn't even have my order at all and had to ask me what it was even though I got a total at the speaker. Waited at the window for a good 7 minutes while watching one of the employees shove a donut in her mouth while making drinks for drive thru and didn't wash her hands at all and just kept making things. After I was still waiting at the window they told me to pull up because the employee was pouring my drink in the cup and would meet me at the end of the building. Waited at the end of the building for around 5 more minutes. When he finally brought my drink out it looked nothing like the cappuccino blast I had ordered so I asked what that was and he claimed it to be what I ordered but I didn't care since I was already going to be late for class. When I pulled off and finally took a sip of the drink I was disgusted. I'm not fibbing about this, but it tasted like straight sugar milk. Or the half and half creamer you put in coffee. I couldn't even drink it with how sweet it was. It was like drinking straight sugar. I had to just throw it away. Also when I tried to call to talk to a manager multiple times no one would answer and one of the times the answered and then hung up to just stop the ringing.
