Taco Bell — Restaurant in Smyrna

So this past weekend I pulled into the drive thru at this location at 6:03am, 3 minutes after they open. Nobody said anything to me for 8 minutes. Several other cars behind me just left because they weren’t answering the intercom at all. At 6:11 a girl finally said that their machines weren’t ready yet and it would be a few minutes, and asked me to pull back around into the drive thru so she could tell the other car behind me. So I pulled back around. At 6:20 I politely asked if the machines were ready and they said no not yet. I said okay no problem I can wait. I was being VERY polite and nice. Then a different girl (the Hispanic girl with short hair that is apparently the manager in the morning) spoke for the first time and said VERY RUDELY “you can’t just sit there in the drive thru.” I was a bit surprised because I had been very kind and patient. I said “what would you like me to do?” The same rude girl replied “you can wait in the parking lot but you can’t just sit in the drive thru.” I said “okay sorry.” And pulled around to wait in the parking lot. At 6:30am I pulled back into the drive thru and they said they were ready….30 minutes after they open. Then I politely asked for a discount because I had to wait for 30 minutes. The same incredibly rude Hispanic girl with the short hair (apparently the manager) said “No I can’t just go giving away food.” I said very politely “Well I had to wait for 30 minutes so I was hoping for a discount.” The rude girl said “mistakes happen, our machines weren’t ready. Stuff happens, it’s not our fault. I can’t give away food.” Finally we settled on a $1ish discount. The Hispanic girl with short hair should not be in management. She is unprofessional and extremely rude to customers. She also apparently cannot do her ONE JOB of having the store opened and ready on time. I’ve worked in fast food management before, I know how it is, and there is NO EXCUSE for her extremely rude and disrespectful attitude. I have it on recording. If you cannot do the one simple task of having the restaurant ready on time, then don’t work there. It’s simple. I want...

Wiah I had gotten names but omg the best experience ever! Me and my friend came through about 1pm yesterday and my preggo self was craving nacho fries 😆 after the cursory search to kake sure thats what i wanted, i ordered the nacho fries box and the girl politely told me sorry but they didn't have nacho fries at the moment. 😳 heartbroken and a tad hormonal, my friend saw the tears welling in my eyes but I brushed them off telling myself it was OK I could get something else. She jokingly told the lady "sorry, thay news made a pregnant woman cry, we just need another minute." And the lady was so apologetic and felt really bad. Anyways, next thing I know, another voice comes over on the loud speaker and says "we have the fries it'll just take a little while to make if that's ok" fine by me! Happy again we complete our order and pull to the window. Not only did they give me extra fries for free, the manager with the pink hair discounted our order because she said she felt bad for making me cry! It was the most unexpected nicest experience I've ever had at any Taco Bell. But overall, I have to say my friend and I have been coming to this Taco bell for years and we have always had a great experience from the nicest people...

This place is trash. Food is soggy and broken when you get it. Trashy young people working there. Corp needs to come in and fix this establishment. So awful. Every time it is the same thing. You would think I would’ve learned by now. I called and spoke with the manager and he was rude and sounded like a very uneducated child. What happened to manners. This is a prime example of what this world is coming to. Back in the day if your order was wrong, they would gladly make it right for you as well as be as nice as they possibly could so you would be a repeat customer. After getting off the phone with him, I said so you want me to bring my receipt back up there tomorrow and you guys will take care of my order and make it right he said yeah I guess lol.
