I usually let things pass.....not this! I going to call corporate as well as write this posting. 1.Let's start with the pizza it looked as if it rolled around it the back seat of the drive's car. 2. I called the location and asked for the manager (BIG MISTAKE) Alexis stated she was the manager, I explained to her what the pizza looked like, she told me I don't think the driver would do anything to it. 3. I asked if I could send her some pics.(No!) She asked for the delivery address and told me looks as if I get pizza and only pay the delivery fee. Since she went there..miss smart self! If I am able to use points all the time that means I order a lot (common sense miss manager) 4. So, instead of just saying I apologize about the way the pizza was delivered she wants to tell me and my purchase history which is not the point (miss manager) I never asked for anything. Oh yeah, It was burnt as well! And Alexis also stated when I told her I was going reach out to the GM and Corp. she would give me the number...Don't have a Excellent Customer Service 101 1.Listen 2. Apologize 3. Offer something 4.Solution : A company CAN'T fix a problem if it is never addressed. It is a shame that Amy the General Manager is away and small things like this happen. She may need to be re-trained in customer service! And yes I'm going to add pics everyone can see the proof. And it is sad that I was mistreated over a pizza.....Thank you I will go...
Read moreThis place is horrible. I ordered two pizzas and cheese sticks on line. First delivery completely wrong. Sent all three orders back out. Not only were they wrong again but it took almost an hour and a half to get what I originally ordered. After I called to speak to a manager the gentleman on the phone thought that the service I received was good enough to laugh at me on the phone. After receiving a credit I ordered another set of pizzas tonight. Figured the experience would be different considering the problems I had prior. Boy was I wrong. Same service as last time. Pizza took 20 minutes longer than the hour wait time. Pizza was cold and I didn’t get the sauce for the cheese sticks that Timothy made a point to ask if I wanted or the pepperchini peppers that we ordered and made sure were placed on the order. After calling back the gentleman (Timothy) answered the phone then acted like it wasn’t a big deal I didn’t receive the things I ordered. If I was the owner of this franchise I would FIRE everyone of those employees because it’s abundantly clear they don’t care about your business or your customers and think that customer issues are a joke and funny. I will never order pizza here again and I will make sure that people around me know how poorly these employees treat the customers that spend their hard earned money on over priced pizza and can get better customer service and hot pizza from dominos...
Read moreI'm pretty upset with this place right now. We have been regulars of this papa johns and we always get a specific time of pizza every single time. We get 'John's favorite'....there is supposed to be 3 or 4 different types of cheese on it. Well we ordered a pizza tonight, we always pick the pizza up ourselves, so it should have been nice and hot. And we picked the pizza up within 15 minutes of ordering it. The pizza was not hot....barely warm. We live 6 minutes away from this place. Should have been hot. The pizza was WAY over cooked. There were most definitely NOT three or more types of cheese on the pizza. It only had one type of cheese on there, which might I add, it barely had ANY cheese on there. The crust was way overdone. The cheese just came off the entire pizza when i took a bite....like it was old and hard. It looked like the pizza had been sitting there for way over an hour. It was gross. I'm highly upset. I am sick and tired of paying for food that is gross. It makes me mad. Why am i paying you for something disgusting like that. I would have been better getting a pizza from Kroger. This also makes me upset because, we have been coming to this place for almost a year getting the same thing... And they hand us off a pizza that makes me think someone never picked up or canceled on and just gave it to us. I won't be...
