I go thru this drive thru once a week. I always order 2 ham & cheese croissants & a small hash round. When ordering, I brought it to the presenters attention to please make sure they were ham & cheese bc last week I received 2 sausage & cheese croissants. When she gave me the total, I thought maybe she accidentally keyed in something wrong. I get to the window I hand her my card & when she said the total, I knew she was mistaken, so I politely said that is wrong bc I get same thing every week & it's normally like $7.75. Her look & tone was undeniable when she stated "Uh No that is correct. I asked politely did the prices go up, again her look & tone spoke volumes when she stated "Uhhh no for 2 ham & cheese croissants & 2 hash rounds is $10.75". I stated that I didn't order 2 hash rounds, I ordered 2 ham & cheese croissants & a small order of hash rounds. Hatefully, she said "Uhhhh, noooo, you ordered 2 ham & cheese croissants & 2 small hash rounds, & I asked you twice! I said "no mam I did not & no mam you didn't ask me twice" Again her tone & look was super rude & she said "You are being rude!" Normally the people at this location are super nice, however, this morning was a different story. Maybe she was having a bad day, but that's not how you treat customers especially when they challenge the amount of an order that is placed every week. Read moreFor the second time this month my friends and I left church on wed night hungry. About 4-6 of us went inside and an older gentlemen told us very frankly the credit card machine was down. The previous time we went to the bank and came back. This time I really got the vibe that since it was around 8p we were not wanted there. We were the only ones there so I couldn't tell if they were lying or not, but regardless 2 times in one month... the same time... on a wed? Say that I'm wrong... and the machine was down... the loaction is in the parking lot of one of the largest credit card processors in the world. A tech could walk out there and personally fix it less than 5 mins. If anyone from burger king reads this... please get the problem fixed.

My disabled dad went there for lunch and QUIETLY told the girl on register that he couldn't read or write when he was asking for extra sauce. She made it a point to try to humiliate him by loudly mocking him and telling everyone by shouting that he couldn't read the paper about charging extra for sauces. When me and my mom got there to meet him for lunch, she made a huge spectacle and embarrassed us all by calling her mom.
