Well I'm back with an updated review today 7/21/2022 I can not believe it!! STILL NOT GETTING A SIMPLE ORDER CORRECT!, and this time it was the MANGER who prepared my order. Absolutely ridiculous!! Side note: I had complemented her about a week or so earlier on how I was so happy for how things seem to be running a little better and thanked her for getting my order right.
Just to back track a little. I continued to got back once in awhile for the usual sandwich order for myself and family members, but I would stand at the counter after receiving the order and check it. I kid you not the order would be wrong and I would politely say the order is incorrect. Something as simple as no cheese. Again the person taking the order every time would repeat it back. Why!! when the back of the house is not reading the ticket. As for coffee and a donuts, they make the coffee. Then again I would say umm the donuts?.. I could say so much more and go into more detail about this particular DD order of operations but.. I spoke to representative from the support center got a case # etc. I waited some time, the store never called. I received a couple of call from I believe some one from general operations, only to get her voice mail. I am so frustrated!!
Wow wouldn't you figure just as I am about to post this review I get a call. GET IT TOGETHER DD ON NEW SALEM HIGHWAY IN MURFREESBORO!!!

The Dunkin Donuts on New Salem Highway in Murfreesboro gets this rating because 95.5% of the time when I order( mostly in the store) they get a Simple order wrong. I have seriously never gone to the same DD and they consistently get it wrong. The kicker for me is that the ticket will have the correct order, but when you receive it,.. its wrong. OMG just read the ticket!!!! The first time it happen ok, it was a little frustrating because I was home before realizing it was wrong. The other times I literally stayed in the store/or in the car to check. Spoke to both of the managers and NOTHING has change. TERRIBLE All you get is oh we are sorry about that.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I go back because I enjoy DD(the product) and this location is the closes one to me. SMH

Read moreMy mother visited this location twice and had a bad experience each time, specifically from the same woman taking the drive thru orders. Today (11-3-21) the same woman was taking orders, and I was actually driving my mother, so I witnessed the bad service. My mother orders the same coffee from Dunkin 3 times a day. It's just her thing. Well, we get to the window, and my mom, from the passenger side, speaks directly to the woman, and asked for a side of cream. The woman ignored her. We already had our order and paid at this point. So, I waited until she realized we were trying to get her attention. Once she opened the window I asked for a side of cream. The woman handed me 2 little pre packaged creamers. I, politely, asked if she could put it in a size small cup, because that's what my mom usually gets without a problem. The woman stares at me angrily, doesnt say a word, rolls her eyes, let's out a breath, slams a cabinet, and hands me the tiniest cup they had. I was taken back by how extremely rude she was. I asked what her name was and she said "B" or "Beep." She wasn't quite clear. I let her know that she was extremely rude for no reason, and she could care less. I get people have bad days, and most places are short staffed right now, but she was so extremely rude all 3 times she has taken my mother's order. So, I can't really blame it on a bad day at this point. They had 1 person ordering inside, and 1 car behind us. And another employee inside making the orders. This location is right down the street from me, and it sucks that I will have to drive to a different location now, but the service was so bad, and not to mention both of our orders were wrong ( and I'm really not that picky) but it's worth the drive to not have to deal...
Read moreDishonest, company, run by dishonest rude people, with the worst service I've ever seen. I've been to this place probably 20 times and never once had a good experience. The food is always terrible The staff is even worse, But the final straw was the dishonest nonsense they pulled today. They have a huge sign on their side stating if you order a coffee you can add it donut for a dollar. I ordered a large caramel macchiato, a sausage biscuit, and added a donut. The donut added almost $2. When I asked why no one could tell me why. Finally it was stated that the reason why I was because I ordered a more expensive coffee. The donut was only offered for $1 if you ordered the cheap coffee. To this I said "fine downgrade the coffee do a black coffee". Well of course this was way too much for the person working The register who had no idea how to do this. She couldn't provide me with a total, but told me to go around to the window and she would have it figured out by the time I got there. When I got to the window I tried to speak to her and she repeatedly closed the window in my face while talking. Not once not twice but more like 10 times in a row. I've never seen such a rude person in my life. I've never seen such a rude company in my life with such terrible food and even worse service. I will never allow anyone in my family to to purchase from Dunkin as far as I can control it. I made her refund the entire order and went across the street to Sonic instead where it was nearly half the cost for the same order... Minus the donut. Let's be realistic....dunkin' donuts are terrible anyway. It would have just been dry, without flavor, and tastes like it came out of a box that's been left open for several...
