McDonald's — Restaurant in Tennessee

I was warned by several people... I should have listened... I don't know how they manage to do it, but this McDonalds is BAD.

We sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes even though there were only five cars (including us) in line. We pulled right up to the order thing, four cars in front of us, and we had to wait five minutes before they even took our order!

After taking our order, not a single employee looked at us, or said anything other than the price when we pulled up to the first window. Hello, how are you doing today at the second window was met with the gal shutting it! After about six minutes the window opens and without even making eye contact she practically tossed the food into our car.

Now, getting to the food... McDonalds food is the same wherever you go... That's what I thought, but this McDonalds was different. Everything seemed burned and undercooked at the same time. We were comparing our food trying to figure out how they'd managed to achieve that feat. My English muffin had a charred black layer on the inside, yet the bread somehow was cold, chewy, and seemingly undercooked. The egg part was half missing, and the part that was there had soft spots inside that were an odd color.

I guess the good part is it's been 24 hours and I don't seem to have gotten food positioning. When that's the good part of eating a restaurant's food though, I won't be back.

As originally recommended, I'll be adding about 12 minutes to my morning commute to go out of my way to a different McDonalds for...

Seriously !!! Well ok but remember you asked. I'm at the counter, and the cashier is at the fryer much more concerned with texting than working sees me but clearly doesn't care, and I'm still standing there waiting and waiting and waiting. A young man, of course her nationality, comes to the counter and she immediately stops what she's doing to address him, he tells her that he just spilled soda all over the floor near the fountains, she says okay turns away goes back to the fryer area and continues texting. And guess what I'm still waiting. Finally I get waited on and receive my food. While I'm eating I notice anyone who comes to the counter that is of her nationality get service almost immediately. then two young men about her age come in one bringing his own food, not only do they get her attention immediately,but at one point she comes from behind the counter to give one of them a hug. She then goes back to the cash register and gives them large drink cups to fill and of course they were not charged for the drinks. All the while the spilled soda is still on the floor as a matter of fact it was still on the floor when I finished eating and left. Guess I just don't fit the physical profile for your...

01/04/2021 my daughter went here to our neighborhood McDonald’s to buy breakfast for us. After sitting at the intercom to order and constantly saying hello for over 5 min she pulled forward to the window. An older lady came to the window my daughter explained that she had been waiting and no one ever came to take her order. The older ladies response was oh well they ready now pull back around and get in line. Keep in mind at this point 25 cars are now behind my daughter in line. My daughter politely asked if she could go ahead an place the order for 1 biscuit the older lady refused and shut the window and walked away. This type of behavior occurs frequently at this location. It has of course become more frequent since Covid-19 however that is no reason for them to treat people this way when we are the ones supporting and keeping there establishments running in such trying times. Someone really needs to come and retrain this McDonald’s or it will not survive. I didn’t want to give it 1 star but the site wouldn’t let me proceed without at least giving...
