FYI Starbucks Yeah … everybody has a bad day but they need a couple of workers dedicated to the window, the walk in customers so they don’t have to wait, and customers that use the app (those that walk in and pick up their orders).

Having employees dedicated to those particular customers will expedite orders… it’s worth a trial to see how it works. And In between if things get busy for one group the other can assist with orders they’re not assigned to.

Then the employees won’t be stumbling over each other and missing customers that end of waiting because someone that just walked in gets their order ahead of them. Apparently this an ongoing thing...

Have ordered a Traveler here a few times. Once they completely forgot to make it and I didn't have time to wait; then this time I had a separate issue. I called in to order my standard Pike Place Traveler for work tomorrow. Nathan asked when I would be in and I said 0550. He followed with "oooo that is going to be hard, we will try to get it ready for you but we open at 0530." I promptly canceled the order which forced him to say "okay" in a snarky manner. 20 minutes plus the prep time they get before the shift starts is plenty of time to brew a Traveler of coffee. So grateful that there are Starbucks stores when you sleep over at a friend's house that doesn't worship the coffee morning routine as faithfully as you do 😂!! I was impressed with how quickly this store was serving people in the drive through and even more impressed when I received my coffee in the drive through and it tasted so good!! I had anticipated a lesser quality flavor as a result of how quickly their service was; however, it was the most satisfying caramel macchiato I have had in a really long time.
