Absolutely Outstanding! Raising Cane’s has quickly become one of my favorite go-to spots for comfort food. The chicken fingers are hands down some of the best you’ll find anywhere—crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. Paired with their signature Cane’s Sauce and perfectly toasted Texas toast, it’s a meal that hits every time. Even the crinkle-cut fries are consistently hot and well-seasoned, and the coleslaw adds a fresh, crunchy balance to the plate. The atmosphere is clean, upbeat, and inviting. Whether you're dining in or grabbing food to go, the vibe is casual and fun, often with good music and a bright, energetic feel. It’s the kind of place where you can relax and enjoy your meal without feeling rushed or crowded. What really puts Cane’s over the top is the exceptional service. Every time I’ve visited, the staff has been friendly, efficient, and attentive. Orders come out quickly and correctly, and the team always seems genuinely happy to be there—which makes a huge difference in the overall experience. If you’re craving quality chicken with fast, friendly service in a fun setting, Raising Cane’s is absolutely worth the stop. Five stars all around!

Was there for the Grand Opening on 03/23/2023 @6:30pm. Unsure what the wait time for the drivethru was but I was not wanting to wait with my car running. So I’ve decided to park my car and in line outside, THANK GOD there was a Live DJ to entertain us and keep the mood happy and entertained they definitely got kudos for that. Waited almost an hour to before I’ve ordered and the food didn’t take long to come out as well. We dined in and it was a great experience from start to finish. Corporate Crew was present and brought the experience better talking to everyone. Staffing was great for it to be a Grand Opening it was handled it very real. Environment and atmosphere is very vibrant, it gave me “in my backyard chilling and talking it up vibes.” I was so impatient I didn’t want to wait for my food to cool down and burnt my lip and tongue from the food being fresh out. Dine in experience was great for me, unsure about the drivethru and how the food would come out. Here are our pictures.

Let’s just say, the hype was just that, ONLY hype. We went Friday night and the drive through line was long, opted to eat inside. Customer service was great, ordered quickly, and received our food promptly. There’s a limited menu, so it didn’t take long to order. I ordered the Three chicken strips combo w/Sweet Tea (Popping) and my husband ordered the Chicken sandwich w/ lemonade (🔥). The chicken was bland, no seasoning no flavor, it was juicy just lacked flavor, the Cane sauce was nasty, I’m not sure why people are ranting & raving about this sauce 🤮🤢 and the coleslaw let’s just say, leave it off the order plz. I was so looking forward to trying Raising Cane’s the best part of our visit was the Sweet Tea and Lemonade, sad to say we want be racing back.

I never leave reviews, but this one is very weird for a food place. i’m a 21 year old young man, i came through the drive threw tonight… it was not a good experience. I have been going through some stress, so my hairs been falling out. so to fix that i shaved it all off 2-3 days ago. I ordered a chicken meal with a coke, the girl at the 2nd window gave me a “coke zero” for morgan. immediately was rude and said “yo give it back give it back” so i didn’t say anything and kindly handed it back. she hands me my drink and food… i check it and ask if i can get some hot sauce, they put the hot sauce in there and randomly the girl looks at me and says “what did you say bald andrew tate?!” I’ve had a bald head for 2 days after having hair, it was the weirdest experience i’ve ever had. she didn’t even know me and started to make fun of my physical features, i don’t purposely have a bald head it’s due to losing hair. i’ve never been more disappointed in a human in my life… all i wanted was my chicken, ended up leaving insecure about my new hairstyle. i really hope this woman learns a lesson, or lost her job.. the only issue is she genuinely didn’t care and thought it was funny. Men do tend to bald, it was so weird to mention that to me in a drive through. i called the store and they apparently are “handling “ it but at the end of the day someone went home upset with a new insecurity. seriously the weirdest experience of my life, like i said who mentions someone bald hair in a drive through when i’m getting chicken tenders. if i was being a problem maybe i’d understand? but no she said it after i said “you guys have a great night.” she just taught me a lesson on how hurtful and rude humans can be without even knowing you. hopefully this girl gets what’s coming her way, it’s not cool to mentally beat down other humans when they wanted chicken. this review is not a lie or a joke, this really happened and i’m so...

Update: came back for the second time- had a pick up. I noticed food being bagged but not being out out in the pickup area. After several mins PAST the pick up time I had to ask an employee if my pickup was just sitting on the back counter. Have him my full name and he says no. I stand there several more minutes, people who came after I arrived getting food before me. I ask a different employee who looks at the same SITTING food then hands me my order that had been sitting there over 10 mins. No reheat, no concessions offered, just an apology. Bonus star off for seeing an employee chewing her fingernails and also preparing orders no gloves. This is nasty. I should have went with my first mind.

Been wanting to try this. I hesitated for a while cause I was appalled at the prices for the food portion. I convinced myself maybe the tenders were really big or something. Well they are not and were even smaller than I originally thought🫠. This food is way over priced. The chicken was very good, fried perfectly! But the serving size does not at all reflect the price in my opinion. I had the half and half lemonade tea and that was excellent. The food seemed to be done instantly, there was no wait at all. The meal was satisfying taste-wise, but I don’t see this being a regular for me until the portions increase or price is congruent with the amount of food...

Food overall isn't bad it's well cooked just not well seasoned almost a tad on the bland side. Very similar to Zaxby's. I'd have to say you get bigger tenders. The service is a bit slow. I waited in drive thru 20 minutes to order food, but only 5 minutes after ordering did I receive what I ordered (or so I thought I had received my full order) after inspecting I realized I didn't receive one of the meals and had to turn around and park in the parking lot (which is small if you drive a truck to be able to maneuver in. Took another 10 minutes to receive the rest of the order. At which time I noticed several cars had turned around and had similar issues with not receiving everything they ordered. I almost want to give them 2 stars but the food overall isn't bad but for a 6 piece chicken tender meal and a 4 piece chicken tender meal I spent $38 that's a bit expensive. Also, the menu only has about 4 meals to choose from and I feel with that limited menu I shouldn't have paid as much and had so many issues with the order or wait times. I'll return for a second chance but as of this far I'm not impressed and can't actually recommend them from my first experience. Too many other restaurants that are a better option then these guys but if you see a short line maybe try them but if it's a long line I'd suggest going to the multitude of other fast...
