I have come to this location multiple times and I always had a pleasant experience but not tonight. Everything went down hill once we placed our order, the potato wedges were not served as ordered, they had to make the order again, it took forever for them to bring the right order, seemed it had been sitting there for a while and till the server noticed we had not received it, she went to the kitchen and brought it to our table. We had to ask for napkins and additional trays because there were not provided, when asking for the check I asked the server to split the check 50/50 apparently it was done accordingly but when asking for some clarification on the check she couldn't explain what the charges were about and went to speak to a manager and came back stating the check was correct but was not able to properly explain to cost of the drinks we ordered. It was clear she made a mistake by saying the drinks cost half of the regular price. But that was not the problem. Instead of politely explaining that she made a mistake when explaining how the ticket was split she gave us a very unprofessional attitude and raised her voice on me. I told her I only had a question and needed some clarification to make sure we were not being double charge but she got mad and was rushing her explanation and saying I was taking things personally when I only asked for the drinks cost. When she raised her voice on me, I ask her for a manager. Surprisingly, the same manager she went to get clarification, was not available. I paid the ticket and stop by the counter so I could speak to the manager about the server's behavior, but one of the ladies there said he was on the phone helping a customer with an order, a few minutes later another person said the manager was in a meeting on a Friday night at 9:11pm to be precise. Not only the server failed to provided a quality service to our table but also the manager who refused to spend a few minutes to listen to a very dissatisfied and disappointed loyal customer. I will never recommend this location nor I intend to come back. WORST SERVICE EVER.! I would give them "zero" stars...

I work hard for my money and I know servers and bartenders deal with awful customers all the time too. While I was there the place was dead. Definitely not busy with only two patrons at the bar. I order my first drink (IPA) in a tall glass. Also I won’t do any namedropping. That’s not what my review is for. So I notice the bartender not tilting the glass even a bit. Just opens the tap and walks away. Foam is falling everywhere. No big deal so far. I’m thinking she is in training. The bartender brings over my beer with maybe 1/3 of foam. I’m confused but I don’t want to make a fuss about it. My friend and I want a round of shots but I’m not even being acknowledged for quite a while in a dead bar. I finally grab the attention of the bartender and order two shot and another round of beers. What I receive is two more beers with a lot of foam. I asked the bartender if tilting the glass would be possible next time because there was too much foam. I don’t even get an answer. Bartender just keeps talking to other workers and in their conversation I soon find out the reason why. Bartender is hungover af on the job. Played It off real cool for a while. Whatever, I’ve been hungover at work before and it sucks but damn why you gotta serve me three quarter full beers? Shiiiiee I get better service at Toots! Now ask yourselves how many times you’ve heard anyone say that? Anyways we ordered eight beers and received varying amounts each time. It became a game with my friend and I towards the end of the night. The terms were whoever gets less foam pays for that round. The girl took my order, repeated it back to me and then told me it would be ready in "a little bit" i was just up the road so i killed time in hobby lobby before going over. I walked through the doors of BWW 47 minutes after i placed my order. The girl that took my order was talking to anothet customer who ordered 2 crispy chicken salads and got grilled chicken. He asked if they could just make the crispy chicken to replace the grilled. The girl kept going to the kitchen and coming back out. Then she told him she would have to charge for the extra chicken they had to cook to fix his order. He told her that wasnt okay and she said "sorry but with the additional charge it will be..." he told her he wasnt going to pay for them to fix what they messed up. Finally a manager comes out and fixes his order. The girl (mitszy i believe was her name. Small girl, blue glasses, brown hair) calls me over. This is now closer to 55 minutes after i placed my order. She takes the payment and says it isnt ready yet. I walked outside for 4 minutes. Came back in and she tells me my order is ready. I get it, go to the car and check it and im missing the most expensive item i ordered, and the other things look like they had been sitting for well over 30 minutes. I took it back in and told her what was wrong. Her respons was "well i called your name to tell you it was ready and you werent inside, but i guess i will have them fix it." 10 minutes later thet bring out the item that was missing. Cold. And fixed one of the things that had been sitting. I told them i wanted the other parts fixed too and another girl brought out a fresh cup of what was bad.
