I would say out of all the places I've traveled, this is at my top of the most rude customer service. I don't think they know customers can hear them talking badly over the glass. The girls need a course on how to talk and treat customers. We had chosen this to bring family to eat dessert with our Dad, who was diagnosed with cancer to celebrate his bday and share a memorable moment and a great experience, and it was the opposite of that. We were uncomfortable, and if it weren't for the little ones, we would have probably left. The scoops were the smallest I've ever seen at any ice cream shop, especially for the price, or maybe it was just for us since we entered bothering them from being on their phones. Read moreStaff was friendly. Atmosphere was okay. Then experienced a number of things as a customer I never wanted to. 1. They reach in with their bare hands for scoops. 2. A sample for my child was being scooped and it fell off the scoop onto the counter and they just swiped it back into the ice cream. 3. They were getting the small ice cream bowls ready and handling them setting them out (bare handed still) and one fell into the ice cream. They picked it right back out with their hands and kept on trucking. 4 final nail in the coffin, I found a hair lodged in my treat. Read moreJust discovered this new gem today and my family LOVES it! One daughter had the sugar free blueberry gelato and the rest of us had various sorbets. The sorbets were fabulous, and the fruit flavors had actual fruit in them (which seemed to be the case for the gelato too)! I've already had to promise to bring them back soon.
Something to note: they are less than a week old today, and so they're still missing some items and working out some kinks (ex: no toppings yet). However, the friendly, personal service from people like Brooke MORE than make up for any lack.
