Without question the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had purchasing jewelry. The Finery House is a true concierge jeweler that has the capacity to design and curate any piece that you can dream up. I contacted Janie directly and explained that I was looking to purchase an engagement ring with a specific style and look. She made an appointment for myself and my significant other to come meet with Lynn in their office to share ideas and pinpoint exactly what we were looking for. Once we narrowed ideas down with Lynn, they went to work for us. Janie called us back to their office about a week later and presented us with EXACTLY what we were looking for. After hours of research, I was convinced that I could by my diamond for less money via other outlets. Boy was I wrong. Really wrong. Janie found us the most beautiful 2ct oval and when she told me the cost, I had to ask her to repeat herself. I committed to the engagement ring and wedding band on the spot. It took a little more than 4 weeks to curate the pieces and to say that the end product was absolutely perfect would be an understatement. I will never buy a piece of jewelry any place else. The Finery House has the niche market of the concierge jeweler cornered. This is not your typical brick and mortar store. You get exactly what you want for far less that you thought you would spend....

If The Finery House has it, I will never buy another piece of jewelry from anywhere else. I ordered three necklaces for Mother’s Day for my wife. Because of a FedEx issue (not at all the fault of The Finery House), shipment of the necklaces was delayed. I gave my wife the photos of the pieces and she was fine with that but Janie at The Finery House was very disappointed that the necklaces weren’t here in time for Mother’s Day. They arrived to her today, the Monday after Mother’s Day weekend, and she personally delivered them to me. In Atlanta. From Chattanooga. That’s right. She literally got in her car and drove two hours to bring me the necklaces, just so my wife would have them as soon after Mother’s Day as possible. I’m pretty sure no other jeweler would have done that. It is that attention to customer service that will make me and my family customers for life. ...

Me and my now fiancé went to the Finery House after hearing about it from a friend. Prior to going to the Finery House, we went to the bigger jewelry shops that we saw on all the ads, but nothing compared to the Finery House. We got to work with Mary when we scheduled an appointment, and she was so easy to work with. They were able to show us multiple options in person using magnetic diamonds on magnetic bands so that we could actually see what we were visioning. The pricing on the diamonds were fantastic and the explanation on different types of diamonds, cuts, different bands, etc. were explained extremely well and I was able to find the perfect ring for the love of my life. If you are wanting a great experience getting a ring for the one you love, I definitely recommend the Finery house. We will definitely be returning for designing our wedding bands....
