Stepped into Danny-Kay’s on a whim and found my new Tequesta obsession. I was magnetically pulled toward the Turkey Club, and—straight from (what I can only assume was) Danny himself—I learned the turkey is roasted in‑house every morning. Zero deli slices here, just tender, carved goodness.

My husband DJ needed intel on the Spicy Trio and got the most confident pitch: “If you love an Italian, this’ll be the best you’ve ever had.” Challenge accepted—and absolutely true. Layers of cured meats tucked into pillowy focaccia had us texting friends and family with a “you GOTTA GO!” demand.

Details matter here: jewel‑toned heirloom tomatoes on display look like mini art pieces, and the shelves are lined with whimsical “Good Hair Day” pasta boxes—each noodle shape styled like a different hairdo. Climbing the staircase is a wall of 100 wooden cutting boards; I like to imagine they’re keeping the culinary secrets of a hundred Italian nonnas.

Sandwiches: perfect. Vibes: impeccable. Location: tucked in a charming little plaza that makes you want to linger with an iced espresso, which you can ALSO order there!

Consider this your official recommendation—go, feast, and...

My gosh. I went in this morning had one of the BEST flat whites of my life, and no joke also the best apple scone melted in my mouth and it was $5 for both?! What?! How is that possible. Additionally, they weren’t even supposed to be open but I came right after school drop off before I had to start work and OMG I am so glad I did. They were soooooo nice to open for me anyway, talk about service 100 stars. They also informed me before 11am sandwiches and their FRESH imported Italy flour pasta was 50%. I am eating the sandwich now for lunch and I’m literally saying yum audibly after every bite. I can’t wait to try the pasta. They might get used to me now because I need to try all...

Amazing experience. From the location to the front and rear patios to the interior. Felt like I stepped into a foreign country eatery. Ordered the Trio sandwich and the dressing was original and tasty as well as the freshly sliced meats and fresh bread. Can't really get this quality sandwich anywhere around. Lots of food. Very busy place. The patio was full of happy customers with lots of happy energy. Deli man Phil was outstanding as he sliced the fresh meats and built the sandwiches and greeted his repeat customers. Phil's freshly prepared pasta and meatballs were available to go. Everything made fresh! Even the cookie was a treat. ...

Danny Kay’s deli recently provided sandwiches for a charity bike ride to support the Boys and Girls club of Palm beach county. Danny Kay’s is the perfect example of local businesses giving back to the community. Phenomenal quality of food, service, and commitment to the local community! Not to mention, this is the best sandwich you will eat in the Jupiter/tequesta area hands down! All of their ingredients are sourced with the highest quality in mind (their prosciutto is directly from Italy) and their focaccia sandwich bread is literally to die for. Nothing but good things to say about the food and the owners/staff!
