Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Terre Haute

My husband had a chicken wrap and I had the Philly Cheesesteak with some modifications. Husband loved the wrap and fries. My cheesesteak was good, even impressed with the beer cheese which I have never liked anywhere. The tots were overcooked and greasy but didn't want them anyway. Ordered the skillet cookie to go which is made to order and has ice cream. Got home and started unpacking the leftovers and to get the ice cream is the freezer. The put the ice cream on the hot cookie for a to go order. 25in home. Now melted ice cream in my car because it leaked out of the bag. I call in and the manager can't stop laughing nor did she give her name. After 2 minutes of laughing she offers to deduct the amount of the cookie off the bill. I go to take pictures to add to the review and the chocolate chip cookie is completely black. So the not only put ice cream on a hot cookie to go but they actually let an extremely burnt cookie leave the kitchen to go to a guest/customer. Good job on all levels BWW. So my girlfriend and I have been to this bdubs several times and never had a problem with it up till now. Obviously they need to rethink who they hire or at least let their new employees know that it's alright to take something off of an order such as onions on a burger. Especially if these said onions make someone sick. My girlfriend asked them to simply leave the onions out and a server told her they couldn't do that. Then a manager of all people came out and said they couldn't. If anyone should know it's ok not to add them it's the managers. On top of all this I found several of the employees in this specific restaurant to act in an unprofessional manner, such as having an attitude with customers. The food may taste great but the customer service is absolutely terrible. I suggest not going to this one. Oh, and almost forgot. That specific order took my girlfriend and her family more than half an hour to get there. Going to lose business real quick if you guys don't straighten out...

My wife and I have been eating at this b dubs 3 times a week for almost a year tonight we brought our daughter who is in a wheelchair and asked for the big table on the patio as it was empty and the farthest away from traffic and we were told its a 40 minute wait the lady behind us moved past us and went to the patio area and sat at that table mind you there were much smaller tables. I went back In was accused of cussing at staff as friends of staff were immediately seated NOT A GOOD PLACE ONLY PERSON I RECOMMEND IS JEREMY IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE BAR AREA ONLY I personally have sent huge party's there never again as I was told by SHANE ( the manager ) that it WAS LONGER BECAUSE WE HAD A SPECIAL REQUEST AS WE NEEDED ROOM FOR HER WHEELCHAIR.
