Ferm Fresh — Restaurant in Terre Haute

Honestly hands down the BEST kombucha I've ever had and I've tried just about every brand under the sun. My biggest draw back of certain brands was the bitter alcohol after taste, well guess what since this stuff is fresh brewed right in store the fermentation process is stopped before it gets to that point. Every flavor I've had so far is so fresh and so clean and bright. If you are able to catch both of these flavors at once I'd definitely recommend you try it; apple and ginger so delicious and crisp but not overwhelming like some ginger is. Not a kombucha person or tried it before and hated it? So did my boyfriend until he tried a sip from here and he fell in love. They also have amazing charcuterie boards and weekly specials to fill you up. Still not feeling kombucha? No problem they have scrumptious smoothies. They really put the fresh in ferm fresh (clever naming scheme!). I’ve been going here for about a year and decided that it was finally time to give it a proper review. I came in for the mean green kombucha (super healthy but also super tasty which is rare). They are super friendly, the decor is amazing with tons of plants to improve mood and interior circulation. Their product is super healthy and super tasty overall (any flavor you choose, free samples to help with that!!).

I've been on a big kombucha kick this year, and when I heard this place was opening nearby I was THRILLED. The atmosphere is so pleasing - colorful and interesting artwork, healthy plants EVERYWHERE. As someone who can't hardly keep a house plant alive let alone thriving I'm impressed! The selection is great, and the booch has a great flavor.
