We were scammed out of our meal we originally ordered two 8 inch thin crust Chicken Bacon Ranch added Pineapple to both and two water and then a half order of kids spaghetti with one side garlic bread stick and a small lemonade drink with a lid. We also ordered 5 bread stick basket with marinara and nacho cheese and three small salads to each individual meal. But waitress suggested that we ordered a 16 inch pizza instead and a family salad with the bread sticks. We said alright thinking that would save us 12 dollars on money as the waitress stated. The waitress then asked if I wanted cheese on top of the kids spaghetti and then asked if I wanted one garlic bread stick. I said yes. We get our meals and we notice the child got a different portion sized of cheese garlic bread which we did not order. Then we get the receipt and they charged us for a pitcher of lemonade which we did not order and the kids spaghetti was upgraded to a supreme with the cheesy garlic bread which we did not ask for. Later to find out our waitress was the manager and she tried to scam us. Needless to say order what you originally wanted to order don't get anything the waiter/waitress suggests because they will add things to your check you did not order. We will...
Read moreWe have always liked Monicals as we originally were introduced to their pizza in Paris IL. We were thrilled when one opened up closer to us on US 46. We have gotten some good pizzas at this location but the majority have been burnt. I don’t mean just a little around the edges like pizza can be, they are burnt on the bottom as well. The last straw was this past Monday evening. We ordered carry out for 2 small pizzas being very specific for them not to burn them. Paid $30 only to get home to 2 burnt pizzas. One worse than the other. My husband could only eat about 1/2 of his. I ate about 2/3 of mine. We will no longer go back. Can’t afford to go out to eat and pay $30 to eat a bit over $15 worth of pizza. It’s only a 30 minute drive to Paris IL and a pizza cooked right. Why do you have...

The waitress Jazzi the two time we visited she has been our helper she is very nice always with smile and attentive to provide wherever we need to make our visit more pleasant. Definitely if I pass again thru here I will stop here and...
