We are big Burger King fans, as a family of 4 we spent over 30 dollars in the drive thru of this particular one while on vacation. The literal worst service imaginable and the food wasn't good either. The girl over the headset seemed disinterested in our order. I asked her 3 times for applesauce as a side to the kids meal. She kept saying "huh?" Or "what?" With an attitude tone to her voice (hearing me wasn't an issue she heard everything perfectly fine) until finally we could hear another employee step in and tell her they have applesauce and that's what we wanted. When we got to the window we got our food pushed out at us, nothing said. No thanks, or have a good night, nothing. We are going through rough time loosing a parent, long day and was hungry decided to go to bk. Cory was at the drive thru and from just the greeting alone had me and spouse laughing. He displays remarable to service guest and should definitely be noticed.When I got to the window had us crying from laughing, very sweet and just all around a true gem.    Read moreI wouldnât make this review if I had not had another experience like this AGAIN. Last time I went it took me 25 minutes for my mobile order with literally one car I front of me. This time it taken me 30 minutes to get up to the window, with only 2 cars ahead of me, but we had to also wait for the food. Tell me what you all are doing back there that took 15 minutes for the person in front of me to even pay at the window and wait another 15 to get their food?
