Subway — Restaurant in Terre Haute

Went in last night and had a awesome experience, Brigitte moved to the new store here on Wabash so as I promised I came in to get a sub from her new store, she was at college and sure enough she greeted me with a smile and she even remembered what I liked on my sub, Now that is customer service, she made my sub and it was fresh and she even talked me into trying the new steak sub and the cookies I can go for days about how good the cookies this little manager can make are. I enjoyed the conversation and experience so much I decided to dine in and wow has this new manager turned this store around!! The floors were spotless the bathroom was spotless and the environment was friendly and felt like a regular restaurant in experience. because of how bad this store was I used to have to drive all the way to college for a Simi decent sub, but when I met Brigitte at college St and she made me and my wife and children's food so wonderfully I told her we were going to give Wabash another shot and I am so glad we did, I don't know about how it is run when Brigitte isn't there but it's definitely running top shape when she is working. I stopped into this Subway while I was in between appointments. When I got there four or five people got there before me. The number of sandwiches of varying types one man ordered was surprising, and discouraging. He ordered nine sandwiches. Nine. Some were toasted, some just heated, some with just normal additions. I can't remember if there were three or four employees, but it was lunchtime, and it became evident that people were coming from businesses to get lunch for everyone. I am telling you the place was running like an oiled machine. The employees had it down to a science. If they saw someone else needed help putting together an order they would just jump in, grab something and put it in the toaster, start adding vegetables, or putting sandwiches together and wrapping them, them jump back take the toaster sandwich out take it where I needed to be, and pop another one in the toaster. No one acted panicked. They made short work of the line, with people coming in at a quick steady pace. Additionally, the restaurant was clean, the bathrooms were clean... Really I don't know how they managed it. Bravo...

Very poor service from the short & chubby girl, was very rude! To begin the speaker was broke so you could hardly hear, then to pull around and get a cocky laugh and when you ask what’s so funny! You get the response” a lot of ppl ask that”! Then to turn her back and say, “ oh, yea there is something funny!” She hands my change back and sandwich, which was not the correct sandwich as she hangs it out the window and says, “ yes there is something funny…….you and shuts the window as i’m speaking! I called to speak with the manager and was told the manager wasn’t there, they didn’t know the name of the manager and she was the assistant manager!
