My wife and I placed our order through DoorDash. The receipt had everything rung up correctly on the register, but my Ghost Pepper Whopper and my wife's regular Whopper were both made completely wrong. My Ghost Pepper Whopper was marked with a "GP" but all the sandwich consisted of was a "regular" or "original" Whopper bun with just a Whopper beef patty and one slice of Ghost Pepper cheese on it. My wife's original Whopper was supposed to have no Ketchup, no Mayo, no Pickle, and no Tomato, yet it had all of these. We called DoorDash and requested a reorder of our sandwiches, and my wife even texted the "Dasher" named Alex to let them know the situation and why it was a reorder and to make sure your kitchen crew get it right that time around. Alex responded to her text saying that a Burger King employee assured him that everything was fine/correct with the remake of our order. When we received the reorder, this time my wife's Whopper was made right but my Ghost Pepper Whopper (again marked with GP in writing on the wrapper), except the sandwich was absurdly wrong YET AGAIN, only this time it had the correct (ORANGE) Whopper bun with black sesame seeds, but all that was on the bun was one PLAIN Whopper beef patty! Then, when we called DoorDash customer service AGAIN and explained the whole debacle AGAIN, we were informed that the Wabash Ave. Burger King was, very conveniently I might add, NO LONGER ACCEPTING orders from DoorDash for the day. This whole experience was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! I never even got the one item that made me decide to go out of my way and agree to go ahead and let my wife place an order for Burger King on DoorDash. I would truly love an explanation for this, but I am sure it would simply be another excuse, much like this excuse for a Burger King staff! UNBELIEVABLE! $13.80 for a Lrg Ghost Pepper Whopper combo meal, and TWICE your staff can't even find it in themselves to make the sandwich that is advertised? That is a disgrace. Read moreI bought a veggie burger in the drive-thru and took it to my house. I opened the wrapper and took a bite. When I looked down at the wrapper there was a small roach there that was apparently under the burger. I called the store and told the employee I had a complaint about the roach and I was told "that is impossible" by the employee. I, however, believe that it is possible that the roach came from the sandwich wrapper and not my house or car. I also believe the roach did come from the sandwich wrapper. I was told to come into the store in the morning with the burger to talk to the manager. I told the employee that I wasn't going to save the burger or the roach overnight and bring it into the store in the morning. I was then told to bring in my receipt and talk to the manager in the morning. I haven't decided yet if I am going to return to the store in the morning but I have decided to post this review. And gave the lady my coupon and she still charged me full price for everything and then I went again today after ordering online. And when I walked in I told them I ordered online well after trying to give the food out at drive threw which I was in the restaurant and I had to scream hello that’s my order because the guy at the front counter was not paying attention Then The female worker pretty much threw my drinks on the counter without marking which one was what and then pretty much threw my food on the counter and walked away which in return I sadly loudly we’ll have a good day ma’am.
