Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Terrell

Oh how thefthe mighty has fallen churches chicken was good but the speed at which you were delivering to get it to me was abysmal the door Dasher brought it to me quite speedy from the time they receive the food to time they left it only took them about 5 minutes to get here upon arrival the chicken was the freshest thing in the box the biscuits were unceremonious hard and I could tell that they've been sitting under a heat lamp for a little while the jalapeno bombers were decent nothing too extreme there the mac and cheese was lacking you can't really call it baked mac and cheese it's more like easy Mac stove top that stuff, as for my non-existent beverage which the company seems to have forgotten the door dashers were nice enough to go and run and grab me a drink from the local gas station all in all the only saving grace for Church's Chicken is for chicken I would have saved a lot more money if I hadn't gotten all the extras but I wanted a meal but churches had other ideas I don't know if it's the lack of communication between the app and the employees or the fact that they are under staff right now and totally under the door. But if it's just two people in the store like some of the reviews had said where's management are they remote viewing people calling them occasionally to make sure they're doing their job or is it just a giant joke and the people whom are there just flipping off I will not be ordering from the Terrell Church's...

Horrible, horrible place. I am not picky and very easy to please but this place was awful. Ordered to-go at counter. No tea in pitcher. Had to go back to counter. Order came out. Go to car and realized there were items missing. Fiance went back in. The guy argued with him. Finally get the missing items after 10 minutes. Then realized we got white meat instead of dark. We have a picky eater in the family that refuses to eat white so this time I go in because I'm pissed. I ask to speak to the manager. The guy who argued with my fiance points at the woman at the other register. I wait for her while she's busy. Guy tries to argue with me but I wasn't having it. "Manager" finally comes and barely speaks english. Takes forever to check the reciept. Finally gets what I'm asking for after explaining 3 times. Gets correct order. I ask for a spoon right when another guy says his order is also wrong. So I have to wait forever for the spoon while his order is fixed. Finally I go back to car and my fiance said the other guy who's order was wrong was also up there 3 times. Finally drove off. Was told by a family member her order was wrong too! She's not picky so we didn't go back. They wouldnt have liked it if we did. Ridiculous and no excuse. Even if they're understaffed. I work in the service industry and that many mistakes should not happen. If I could give it zero stars I would...

I always eat here when I go out of town cause we pass right through it. Food and service are always great. NOT TODAY. A dark skinned Hispanic woman who took my order was rude on the speaker and kept asking me the same 2 question for my first meal I ordered, needless to say she still messed it up after I had to repeat it to her. When I got to the window, I had to ask her for my dipping sauce on my tenders. I still said please and thank you as she charged me. Then when they brought my order to the window. A chubby Hispanic woman handed me the bag. Of course, sauce for my tenders was not in there. When I asked for it, I even said I'll pay for it. She turned around and looked at the first woman, rolled her eyes, and brought me back a handful of the wrong sauce. I told her they were rude and I did not want the sauce anymore, and I was gonna call and report them. She said ok go ahead as if she does not care and will not be held accountable." When I got home an hour later. Our order was completely messed up. I was given 3 orders of spicy chicken when I only asked for one to be spicy. I paid 4.50 for extra mashed potatoes, and it was not in the bag. But I had one extra biscuit. This crew that was there today at 1 pm was horrible. Might not ever...
