Burger King — Restaurant in Tewksbury

had a coupon that was delivered to my mailbox , i already knew that coupon codes should be given at the speaker before ordering and NOT at the window and that’s what i did i gave the coupon at the speaker. I drive up to the window to a not so friendly older lady. She proceeds to overcharge me for the meal so i ask her “ isn’t it suppose to be 7.99 with the coupon “ she responds back very rudely “ you never said anything about a coupon , what’s the number” i try to avoid conflict and never argue with the people handling my food so i just handed her the coupon. That’s not even the part that rubbed me the wrong way it’s after i received my food she said “ you people always do this” under her breath. mind you i am black/latina. What the hell is “you people” suppose to mean. I did my part and told you at the speaker it’s not my fault it didn’t get typed in 🤦‍♀️ , be rude to me idc! but being racist is a whole...

Just had lunch there. Noticed on receipt I was charged 7% meal tax when the meal tax in MA is 6.25%

I notified the manager not looking for a refund but to point out the mistake and to correct.

Her response " not my problem i don't deal with pricing" I told her it's not pricing, in fact you are illegal overcharging a tax, mandated by state law.

At this point she started to verbally attack me, even followed me to the parking lot all the way to my vehicle all the while yelling and screaming obscenities to me!

Needless to say I have contacted burger king corporate and i have filed a compliant with the states attorney General.

I will never go back there again; and she deserves to fired if not a criminal investigation into the...

Ordered online tonight at 10:30 got two sandwiches 16 CHICKEN NUGGETS 8 pc jalapeño bites and fries selected 4 sauces for the nuggets and they weren’t even in the bag. the front was closed knocked on the front window the lady with blue short hair was at the drink station heard me knocking and looked at me and also pointed at me talking to the other workers and a guy looked at me and they didn’t even come out to see what I needed.
