I ordered the chicken biryani and was extremely disappointed with the quality. It lacked flavor entirely, and it appeared that chicken curry was simply mixed into biryani rice and served. When I politely brought this to the attention of the chef/owner, instead of acknowledging the feedback, he responded aggressively. He dismissed my concerns, insisting that this is their standard preparation, and proceeded to justify it by citing the restaurant’s reviews. He went so far as to accuse me of attempting to harm his business, which was both uncalled for and unprofessional.

While I understand that other dishes, such as their Mandi, may be well-received, this particular item fell short and so did the response to my genuine concern. Dining at a restaurant involves both time and money, and when a customer chooses to spend both at your establishment, it reflects a level of trust and expectation. I had the pleasure of dining at Al Maidah, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, and what truly stood out was the excellent management. The restaurant manager is truly the best I’ve encountered—professional, attentive, and genuinely passionate about delivering outstanding service. His leadership clearly reflects in the well-coordinated, courteous staff and smooth dining experience.

The food at Al Maidah is a celebration of authentic Indian flavors. Every dish was rich in taste, perfectly spiced, and beautifully presented. From the succulent kebabs to the aromatic biryanis and flavorful curries, each bite showcased the culinary mastery behind the kitchen. The use of fresh ingredients and traditional recipes made the experience even more memorable.

If you’re looking for an Indian restaurant where both the management and food exceed expectations, Al Maidah is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be returning soon. Also don’t forget to try mandi’s here you’oll ain’t gonna nowhere...

This place does not deserve a single star. They did. Pathetic job catering my event. The chicken biryani had tiny balls of chicken and falooda was the worst. They charged me full cost for just a milk mixed with roohafza and mango concentrate and handful of falooda seeds. There were not a single nut or vermicelli as promised. It was pathetic and u am sure majority of the positive reviews are fake. the restaurant owner also had the audacity to say that I wasted his 1 hour to price negotiate and discuss the order details which is a very normal thing to do when you are ordering for a large get together. I k ow my review here would not matter but please exercise caution when ordering for catering and reject the items immediately if they don’t meet the agreed terms before paying.
