Dunkin' — Restaurant in Tewksbury

For a while I've let it slide considering that eventually the staff would start paying more attention, but for a good while now they keep making mistakes with quantities and/or forgetting all together. This morning I've ordered 2x bagel bites, which should give me a total of four bagel bites with two in each bag. I only got one bag of two bagel bites. I also get a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. But I didn't get the strawberry cream cheese this time. I go back in sometimes to remind them they forgot to do this and that and they kindly correct their mistake, but on cold days like this I simply cannot. I've learned to live with this because it's early in the morning and everyone makes mistakes. But when I'm submitting my on the go order, I don't show up until 15-20 minutes after submitting it. They should take their time with the on the go because I'm frankly tired of having missing or less quantities of what I ordered. Please...

Workers are terrible and rude. Either they are giving attitude for no other reason than they hate their jobs or they just act flat our rude. When they get your order wrong (which is often) they blame it on you at the window and say rude and disrespectful things to your face. Such as this morning I had an awful experience with a frail, yellow blonde, old woman with heavy makeup, because she gave me a small drink instead of the large I ordered and assumed I had payed for. I politely corrected her and she went on a 2 minute long rant about how she needs to double charge me because Im trying to change my order after ordering to avoid paying more. This was obviously not the case. Although her behavior was extremely odd and uncalled for, I do feel for her because I wouldn’t be too happy if I was working at Dunkin at 60...

I’ve come here for ONE iced cappuccino in the drive thru, it took them more than 15min to make my drink. I was the only one in the drive thru and in the front, there was two young girls and one older woman inside. They took two customers that walked in while I was waiting for my one drink, they got a bunch of food, drinks, left, someone got there through there got their order and left also and I was still waiting. When I asked why it was talking so long one of the young girls gave me a bad attitude and rolled their eyes at me. I had to drive off because no one gave me my order. If you don’t wanna work on a Sunday afternoon just call out, I’ve worked at a Dunkin before and I know how it is, but it’s just not ok to make someone wait for that long for a single drink and then treat them bad when they ask...
