Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Texarkana

Never had pizza with no sauce but I got two tonight. After online notification the order was ready, I drove to drive thru. Dude looks up and sees me, he was counting money at the register. So I wait. He finally finished. Walked toward the back. Came back to the counter and looks at me again. Shuffles some papers, walks to back again. Comes back to the counter looking at me the THIRD time. I finally honked my horn, more than once. He finally saunters to the window. I tell him I have an online order and give my name. I asked in frustration if he was blind. He gets my pizza and low and behold, it’s fresh outta the oven and tepid at best. He informed me that he isn’t blind, he’s off duty. I guess that kept him from telling anyone there was a customer at the window. This is the Jefferson Ave store on the Arkansas side. I love Domino's especially when I'm upset. Last night at about 8:30 I ordered online for delivery because I had an awful day. I waited an hour and the app still said 'Prep' for my order. I called and they finally answered the phone. The guy on the phone sounded very young and awkward about the situation so I felt bad. He said they only had one delivery driver and it would be another 20 minutes before my pizza and bread bites were baked. It had already been an hour so I asked if I could drive there and just pick it up. That's what I ended up doing and they took off the delivery charge and tip. Didn't offer any apologies/discounts/freebees. I ordered the food delivered (something I never do) because I was SAD and didn't want to leave my house. -10/10 experience with this Domino's. I keep using the app to deliver and usually no problem I order my food it arrives they always forget my sauce cut but I don't care well yesterday I ordered at 9:00pm getting the usual I place my order after I did I got a call they told me they were 3hr behind schedule and my food was gonna take 4 hours I said no thanks cancel my order today I ordered the time was 4:30pm when I ordered same thing happened I got a call telling me they were closing in 20 minutes i didn't know they close at 4:50 so I came up with the conclusions people don't want to work and domino's is hiring those people don't eat here they probably just gonna cancel your order stick to little Ceasars it's garbage but at least its hot and ready or even pizza hut they are expensive but at least you get your food that you ordered anyway screw...
