Arby's — Restaurant in Texas Charter Township

The worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. My dog that licks her own butt will not even touch the curly fries.The buns were more like dry croutons than a bun. The meat on the “sandwich” was comparable to beef jerky. And just than when my mouth felt like the Sahara desert I take a swig of my Mt Dew and got upset that they charged me so much for seltzer water. My wife ordered a “Jamocha” shake was more like instant frozen hot chocolate than a shake. But the one good thing to come out of this was the drizzle of chocolate on the shake . Their also very stingy with the condiments Like it comes out of their own pay... now I understand why people who give zero f*s want 15 dollars an hour just to...

I really like this arbys store although I went to the drive thru today and ordered a number 1 brisket and got home and there was nothing on the sandwich. There was hardly anything there and it was not cheap. I've noticed if I order inside I don't have this problem but if I get food from the drive thru then you don't get what you should. Guess I will not go to drive thru anymore that way I can see what I am getting . I was disappointed with this visit. No more drive thru at arbys. If this happens again I will no longer go there. The young gentlemen that bagged the food was improperly wearing his mask. Last visit, the same person wasn't wearing his mask and we scolded the employees for allowing the breach of protocol. He's literally touching everyone's food. He's one of the most important people to have their masks on at all time. That alone is enough for a 1* review, but last visit they had us pull up to sidewalk, tried carrying our food and the other customer's food and dropped half out order and had to be remade. In the meantime, all the sandwiches got cold while they made new . Won't stop me going to Arby's, but very well could be the last time I go to...
