I usually don’t even stop here because I never know when they are going to close..it seems every night is at a different time!! But tonight as we drove past, there were still cars in the drive-thru so since we had already drove past we drove down the road a little and turned around to go back and get dinner!! 10:40pm…Lights still on when we pulled in, pulled around to drive-thru and sat for a min or so…and nothing…so we drove around to the pay/pick up window and not a soul in sight, although the sign on the window stated they were open daily from 7a-midnight!! So we went around to try to go inside, because I remembered one night we had stopped and they were open inside and it had been super late! Walk up to the door…sign on the door says “Lobby open until 11p or later..it couldn’t have been past 1045p by the time we had tried to go inside…yet both doors were locked!! I have worked in the service industry for almost 20 years and I get that COVID has left people severely understaffed, but if you must close early due to staffing issues, all it takes is jotting down a quick note on the computer printing off a couple copies and taping on to each door and the drive-thru, don’t just lock it up and go home an hour and a half early without common courtesy of a note! You become unreliable and ppl will no longer stop there because they will never know if you’ll actually be open or not, especially when Gad is $5/gallon!! Read moreYour TEAM MEMBER DALE was INCREDIBLY RUDE TONIGHT! I placed an online order and the store was closed. The money was already taken out of my account and all I was asking for was a refund. As soon as I pulled up to the window he did not listen to me and shouted numerous times that we are closed and not serving anymore food. I tried responding multiple times but he could not hear me because he was shouting over me. I finally turned my car off so he could hear me and I asked for a refund since I could not get my order. He told me to contact Border.com, which I did not feel that was any used to me because the sign said “apply online at border.com”. I was not looking for an application, I was looking for a refund.I asked Dale for his manager and he ignored me and kept referring to border.com. I asked him what his name was and he shrugged his shoulders. I asked him 3 more times what his name was and he shrugged his shoulders. My order was set to pick up at 7:45pm tonight and I did not leave until 8:21pm because I was requesting assistance and was getting the run around and ignored. The only way that I was able to find out this employees name is because I had to wait until the employees left the building for assistance. While I was waiting I was mocked and laughed at because I was being ignored and this was very rude and isolating. Read moreSat in lobby for 17 minutes from 9:15pm until 9:32pm just for x1 cheese roll up and x1 Spicy Potato Taco (no cheese). Just to be told the order never showed up, paid $5.18. Atleast I got my Large drink. Funny how 2 people who got their drive thru order wrong immediately had it fixed and on their way in 5min. Included would be the fact the tall white gentleman with glasses told the new girl at window "You keep F-ing up the orders," which she was. They forgot the young girls baja freeze and even gave the young girls an order that was handed out the window to a stranger who said he even stuck his hand into the bag and TOUCHED THE FRIES!! They didn't remake the food, then just had the bag of food behind the counter for 30seconds before saying it was ready and giving it to the child which is a HEALTH CODE VIOLATION!! A Health Inspector for Kalamazoo county needs to review the footage from 5/3/24 9:15pm---9:30pm and witness this violation and fine this establishment and fire the manager who willingly handed contaminated food to a CHILD! Never coming back here again and I've been coming here for over 8 years. The black manager with glasses even offered me anything for free and I just laughed and walked out.
