Read moreThis is the closest Starbucks to my house so I tend to go here the most. But, I really wish this place wasn’t hit or miss! It is disappointing much of the time. If I order lite ice at West Main or Westnedge & Ruth, the drink still has good flavor. If I order lite ice here, 9 out of 10 times the drink is bland. For example, if I order a Cherry Chai with lite ice at this store, it tastes like milk. Not enough chai flavor. If I order it elsewhere the same way it tastes great! If I order a pink drink here with light ice it is likely going to have too much coconut milk and not enough acai so it tastes like coconut milk! This store needs to train every employee for consistency. If someone orders lite ice, the drink should still taste the same as with regular ice. This means that an adjustment needs to be made and it should not be to only add more milk! Other stores in the area get this and they do a better job. I hope to see this improve and there to be more consistency. I spend a lot of money at this store every week so I would like to see better drink consistency. The staff is friendly, and will make the drink again, but you all could save time and money if you train everyone to do the same...
Read morePlaced a mobile order here of two drinks. The app said it would be ready 15 minutes from the time I placed it, which is already ridiculous. Got to the store to pick it up at the time they said it would be ready, and it wasn’t. The store was almost empty whileI waited for my order. The staff kept saying they had a ton of traffic as they put it, but no apology. My order of two drinks was not ready until literally 35 minutes after I placed it. That is ridiculous. The staff didn’t seem to be at all bothered by their poor level of service. I used to order from this location quite often. As of the last couple months, they have messed up my order mor than once: wrong items, or missing items altogether. I know it's hard for businesses right now, so I’ve been trying to be polite and understanding. Each time they have messed up, they’ve given me a small gift card as compensation. I appreciate it, but poor customer service can only be made right with gift cards for so long. Today is that final straw.
