There were two people working when we went Friday around 2:20. The poor girl was overwhelmed and told Her coworker a few times she was so stressed. The drive thru line was continuously long and inside there was a constant flow of people. The staff were trying their best and kept apologizing for the wait. We ordered a bomb pop icee, a strawberry shake/smoothie, and Oreo ice cream shake. Neither of the smoothies/shakes came as ordered. My kids were disappointed there was no whip cream on either shake or strawberry sauce (on the strawberry drink) like the description stated. Two of them liked their drinks but my son did not like the Oreo, he said it tasted like banana. I actually took him to baskin robbins to get him another one and we tossed the Oreo shake. It took 45 minutes to get our drinks. Each came out in 10-15 minute increments. I understand the girl was very stressed out but maybe some training on completing one order at a time before taking new orders could help. She would make one drink from everyone’s order it seemed and stop making an order to take new orders. I heard a fellow patron state that they needed more workers because last week the same thing happened. We were not impressed and won’t be going back. My daughter just passed her 2nd float test, and we went to Bahama bucks to get a special treat. Spent 30+ Minutes in the drive-thru line. When I finally ordered (2 baby sno-cones) and finally paid… the young girl at the window asked if I wanted my receipt… even though it was in her hand. She acted like she didn’t want to give it to me. I said yes. Well, turns out they charged me for a bigger size. When someone came back to the window, 5 minutes later, she acted super annoyed!! She didn’t even know how to “fix” it. I told her, don't worry about giving me my money back, just give me the size I got charged! 10 minutes later, another worker came to the window asking me for payment… I’m guessing she thought I was the car behind her. So disorganized and (I believe) dishonest. This is not the first time I had issues with them charging me one size and giving me another. First time, I thought it was a coincidence. As a customer, I have to be prepared for these peak times as well. When I went inside the store and placed my order on a Sunday afternoon, I had no idea that my order would take TWENTY-FIVE minutes for a one medium snow cone. I am not exaggerating! I wasn’t alone in my wait, either. You had several other customers waiting. I have to ask you: what is a reasonable amount of time to complete your orders? Your staff of 4 was diligently working and I certainly don’t blame them for the wait. However, they did process an order that was placed after I ordered, but again, it was apparent they struggled with the amount of orders. I suggest that you look at your staffing as well as your process to determine how to improve this wait time. I read your previous reviews that you had new staff.
