First 2 days were great and drinks were good as well. 3rd day of opening was a terrible experience. Waited 20min in line when the line was short. I figured something was going, exited the line that was not moving, parked and went in. No line, so I was thinking this would be quicker. They were having technical difficulties with card payment, so I paid in cash and made an order for 1 iced drink. 5 min later another gentleman came in after I already placed my order and placed an order for 2 drinks. 10 min go by and the gentlemen gets his drinks before me, also mind you both his drinks are blended which takes longer to make than my ice drink. The gentlemen understands my frustration, they finally get my drink and 35-40min later I got my ice caramel blondie. As im walking out the gentleman who got his drinks before me is walking back in because his drinks were not correct. Besides technical difficulties I'm having a hard time understanding how a company who literally is on day 3 at this location and you have no manager, only 1 experienced person and 2 newer employees working. Literally no one able to go out and tell the line of people waiting In line for something we have no clue about that there is a technical issue with payment. On day 3 you have upset customers, frustrated employees because you understaffed them. It just blows my mind how management does this opening week when you would think you are trying to show every new customer what makes you better than Starbucks or Dutch Bros who are your local...

I can confidently say that Black Rock Coffee is a standout among its competitors. From the moment you step through the door, you are greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere that is sure to make your day brighter.

The drinks at Black Rock Coffee are exceptional. Each one is expertly crafted with care and precision, ensuring that every sip is a true delight. Whether you prefer a classic latte or a bold espresso, the baristas here know how to make a drink that will satisfy your taste buds and leave you feeling energized for the day ahead.

But Black Rock Coffee is more than just a great coffee shop - they also serve some seriously delicious breakfast tacos. Made with high-quality ingredients and cooked to perfection, these tacos are the perfect way to start your day.

The staff at Black Rock Coffee are some of the sweetest and most polite individuals you'll ever meet. Each one is passionate about coffee and dedicated to making sure every customer feels welcomed and valued. In particular, I must mention the young lady named Faith, who made my drink with such care and attention to detail that it truly stood out from the crowd.

Overall, I highly recommend Black Rock Coffee to anyone looking for an exceptional coffee experience. With top-notch drinks, delicious food, and a staff that truly cares about its customers, this place is an absolute gem. I give it five stars...

ITS VERY FUNNY TO SEE THAT BLACK ROCK IS PRETENDING NOT TO SEE THIS AND ONLY RESPONDING TO FIVE STAR REVIEWS…

Black Rock used to be my place. Like, I was a loyal regular. Keyword: was.

Today I couldn’t drive there like normal, so I figured I’d try their app and get delivery. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. I paid $13 (yes, THIRTEEN dollars) for ONE drink - insane - and waited 30 minutes just to get a notification that my order was CANCELLED. No explanation, no drink, just a “bye, thanks for your money” vibe. Luckily my mom had just gotten home so we drove over there to figure it out. The girl at the window was absolutely no help, super rude, and acted like I was bothering her by… asking for the drink I PAID FOR?? I showed them my order confirmation, my receipt, my bank charge, everything, and was basically told “just wait for your money to maybe come back.” Girl, what?? So to recap: they took my money, didn’t give me a drink, gave me attitude, and somehow made it my problem. If I wanted to pay $13 for nothing and get treated like a nuisance, I’d just go to Starbucks and at least get the experience of burnt coffee.

Moral of the story: Black Rock fell off. Dutch Bros, here I come - at least they smile while handing me my...

Met up with a friend to discuss business and catch up. We agreed on the halfway mark between our homes, and that turned out to be Black Rock Coffee Bar! I'm not much of a caffeine drinker because of health reasons, but I adore coffee shops (I love the smell of coffee, so one might say I miss it), even worked in a few while I was in college. Black Rock Coffee Bar has a fun smoothie menu, and I got the strawberry smoothie. It was pretty good, I was so thirsty when I first got there - so I downed a 1/4 and it was good. I wish the strawberry flavor was stronger. I had one of their croissants, and it was delicious, flakey, and buttery. They didn't have a lot of food options to choose from when I arrived, however - I did come after the lunch rush hour. My friend got an iced vanilla latte and said it was good (she drank every last drop!) The staff were incredibly kind and hardworking, the place was really well kept. The bathrooms were also cleaned and stocked. They are really kid friendly, offering stickers to young ones. And whoever is in charge of the playlist today was amazing. Honestly, one of the better experiences I've had at a coffee shop recently. The vibe was chill and I plan on returning.

Last Saturday, while Harper was getting her fresh cut, Oma pointed across the road from H.E.B. and said, "Coffee?" Off we went to Black Rock Coffee in Hutto. Oma ordered her beloved peach decaf iced tea, and I went for a black coffee with three shots of espresso. The coffee arrived hot, caliente, but not "lawsuit hot." Smooth, warming, and no bitter aftertaste. Oma's tea was sweet, but not too sweet, I would say, just right for Texas summer. The crew (yes, mostly young) were respectful, helpful, and downright pleasant, even to an old guy like me. The shop looked fresh, clean, and welcoming. If I had to nitpick, I'd turn the music down just a wee bit so us soft-spoken folks don't have to compete. Otherwise, it was a great experience all around. Five stars from Opa. We'll be back, probably right after Harper's next grooming.

I come to this Black Rock frequently and normally have great service, but today was disappointing. I placed an online order and got there when it said it would be ready. I wasn't acknowledged when I was waiting at the counter until another guest came in. I finally got to ask for my online order and was handed this. I ordered an iced matcha which should be an obvious green color but this was just brown. The employee who handed it to me was also confused at the color so I asked for a remake and the employee who made it said that's just how it is. I get matcha frequently, and it is never this color. As I already was past my pick up time I had to leave and didn't feel the need to argue as it seemed to be a lost cause, but I would like a refund for my "matcha".
