First 2 days were great and drinks were good as well. 3rd day of opening was a terrible experience. Waited 20min in line when the line was short. I figured something was going, exited the line that was not moving, parked and went in. No line, so I was thinking this would be quicker. They were having technical difficulties with card payment, so I paid in cash and made an order for 1 iced drink. 5 min later another gentleman came in after I already placed my order and placed an order for 2 drinks. 10 min go by and the gentlemen gets his drinks before me, also mind you both his drinks are blended which takes longer to make than my ice drink. The gentlemen understands my frustration, they finally get my drink and 35-40min later I got my ice caramel blondie. As im walking out the gentleman who got his drinks before me is walking back in because his drinks were not correct. Besides technical difficulties I'm having a hard time understanding how a company who literally is on day 3 at this location and you have no manager, only 1 experienced person and 2 newer employees working. Literally no one able to go out and tell the line of people waiting In line for something we have no clue about that there is a technical issue with payment. On day 3 you have upset customers, frustrated employees because you understaffed them. It just blows my mind how management does this opening week when you would think you are trying to show every new customer what makes you better than Starbucks or Dutch Bros who are your local...

Black Rock used to be my place. Like, I was a loyal regular. Keyword: was.
Today I couldn’t drive there like normal, so I figured I’d try their app and get delivery. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. I paid $13 (yes, THIRTEEN dollars) for ONE drink - insane - and waited 30 minutes just to get a notification that my order was CANCELLED. No explanation, no drink, just a “bye, thanks for your money” vibe. Luckily my mom had just gotten home so we drove over there to figure it out. The girl at the window was absolutely no help, super rude, and acted like I was bothering her by… asking for the drink I PAID FOR?? I showed them my order confirmation, my receipt, my bank charge, everything, and was basically told “just wait for your money to maybe come back.” Girl, what?? So to recap: they took my money, didn’t give me a drink, gave me attitude, and somehow made it my problem. If I wanted to pay $13 for nothing and get treated like a nuisance, I’d just go to Starbucks and at least get the experience of burnt coffee.
Moral of the story: Black Rock fell off. Dutch Bros, here I come - at least they smile while handing me my...
