Busta's Burgers CROSBY — Restaurant in Texas

I ordered online and my order was said to be ready by 6:19, I actually got out of my car at 6:19. The order was ready it was just incorrect and warm, not hot. There was absolutely nothing special or delicious about the food I ordered and feel I over paid for basic frozen food. My order was wrong, upon bringing it to their attention there was no apology when handed the correct food. First time customer and last. I paid $24 total for a burger with one patty and cheese, I asked for extra extra onions and didn't receive those. The fries amounted to what you'd say a small kids fry, also frozen, nothing special. I ordered the cheese sticks because the picture on their online menu looked really good and I'm a fanatic about cheese sticks. These were frozen, and the same as you get from the Walmart deli counter, looked absolutely nothing like the picture either. Would not recommend as I absolutely love cheeseburgers, its my favorite food! You want a delicious burger then go to Baytown and spend $19 for an enormous 1 lb. thick double meat cheeseburger and abundance of fries and a drink at JLB Eatery. We ordered food online, in the process of ordering online the website told us to provide a cell number to be texted/called when the order was complete and stated our food would be ready in 15-25 min. We decided to sit in the parking lot and wait for our text. After 35 min I went in to check what was going on. The owner was behind the counter and I asked what was the status of our food. He said "It had been ready." We recieved no text and the owner was completly unaware of the service he provided online. We took our food paid and went immediately home. Once opening our food if even 5 min later because we live behind the buisness we found our fries to be completely soggy along with our Texas toast bun to be soggy as well to the point it was falling apart. Don't provide a service you have no awareness of providing and letting me rest my faith in it to find I could have gotten my food sooner and prevented this...

First off, I had to make this review. The fries here have to be under-rated. I loved the fries, it's just as great as Chick-fil-A's Waffle fries and Checkers/Rally's signature fries. Also, the Sweet Tea was Southern style and authentic. I enjoyed the taste and size of the drink. Now for the no.1 thing. The Chicken strips sandwich was beyond my expectation. It has to be one of the best, if not the best, chicken strips sandwich I've EVER tasted. My 2nd favorite was Raising C. If you know, then you know. The look of the place was magnificent. It has Marvel and DC themes going on at the time of my arrival. A Marvel movie was playing on the TV and everything. This place was awesome. They serve Mexican food too. It is a must try.
