My low rating has nothing to do with food, it's really good. It comes down to service and management. I have come here three times since it's opened and I have witnessed two bar fights, one where the manager had to pin a guy to the wall for 30 mins. The "tv channel" manager has zero awareness of sports and what his customers want. Everytime I have come, football saturdays and sundays, they have the sound playing soccer, hockey, and baseball even when Texas teams are playing they refuse to change the channels or sound to the prime time games. If you like Texas L.Horns, Texas A&M, UofH, or any other major local sports team be ready for them not to play the sound for these games, have them on one screen, and opt for Alabama vs Central Miss blowout or Dallas Stars game. I’m so surprised by some of the 1 star reviews! We’ve been living in this area for almost 2 years and just tried this place. After a long night of trick or treating, we initially tried to stop at Round Table on the way home but closed at 9. This place stayed open until 11PM on a Thursday night, we seated ourselves and DID NOT wait long for Jack to help us out. Jack also gave the absolute BEST customer service ever. I got my son a kiss pepperoni pizza, my husband got the Ninja Turtle Pizza and I got the breaded traditional wings in the honey sriracha sauce and everything was sooooooo good! I ordered a takeout for a Buffalo chicken pizza.. Turned out there was no Buffalo sauce.. Just chicken, onions and ranch. When I called and told them that there was no Buffalo sauce they just said that I can come back and take extra Buffalo sauce and that there is definitely buffalo sauce in the base of the pizza. Well there was definitely no taste of Buffalo sauce and I had to wait for almost 25 mins for the order so I'm very disappointed. They should've atleast had the decency to apologize for this inconvenience instead of just asking me to come all the way back for some extra buffalo sauce. #improvecustomerservice hello!...
