My experience as a customer of Thai Cuisine and Ramen King has been nothing short of exceptional. Typically, I enjoy preparing homemade meals in my own kitchen, where I can experiment and create dishes to my liking. However, due to my current commitments in an intensive medical postgraduate program, combined with balancing the responsibilities of a parent to college-bound children, I've found it challenging to maintain my usual culinary practices. This shift has made it imperative for me to discover convenient dining options that offer both nutrition and satisfaction for my discerning palate—especially given my diverse tastes honed through my travels across various countries.

Food is here good, no doubt. I'm a regular here but today I was very disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a take away of one ramen noodle, one mango sticky rice and one Thai fried rice chicken with shrimp. So by right it should be $15.99 + $4 for the add on shrimp. But I was charged $15.99 + $4 + $2 for extra chicken. The $15.99 fried rice comes with one protein choice which is obviously chicken in my case. I realised the bill after I had paid so when I clarified, one of the staff said she will correct it and went into the kitchen and told them I wanted a combo fried rice which comes with beef when I clearly told them I don't take beef. Now the other person who billed me (apparently the manager) comes and tells me this and I explain to her using the menu what I wanted and there was no reason to charge me extra for the chicken, and no beef, she doesn't explain why she charged me extra for chicken, but instead guilt trips me about how the kitchen has already prepped fried rice with beef and because of me they have to throw it. Well I didnt ask for beef in the first place. Anyways all that sorted then, I still didn't get a reply on why I was charged extra for chicken. She refunded me the extra but while doing that she said normally they don't do refunds but she will do it for me this time 🤷🏻‍♀️ I didnt get it really. You charge me extra for no reason then maybe you should return it? And then when I'm home with the order I realised there was only 2 tiny prawns in the fried rice for the $4 I paid extra. And this is not the norm. I've eaten here many times and one reason I keep going back is because of the fresh big prawns they serve. I even told the manager that once. Let me tell you that from start to finish, the service exceeded our expectations here in TEXAS you can't find customer service like this!! As soon as you come in, you are greeted with such a good welcoming friendly at home vibe.

The ambiance is very relaxing, but I assure you that we made it fun and entertaining when the live entertainment knew Spanish!!! Sang some songs from the 70s-80s And sang beautifully,,we got to dance la bamba which hit it right on the spot, they also played the piano and sang Sinatra music and was awesome!!!

Now the food!!!! We ordered so much and so many types of plates that we are able to tel you that definitely is homemade and exactly what you expect from authentic Thai food!!! Yes food takes approx 25-30min but you can't expect homemade food to be that quick without loosing its flavor and authenticity! We weren't in a rush because of the music and ambiance and the welcoming staff and owner!! We were there to enjoy every minute of it and they made all worth it!!!

We ordered, spicy adamame, crab and cream appetizers, cheese rolls, a sushi boat (20 different styles), pad Thai chicken, spicy chicken ramen, pork ramen, crab fried rice, orange chicken and white rice, pork wontons, so many different drinks and they were all delicious!! Bartender knows what he is doing and quality alcohol in the mixed drinks!!

We had no space for dessert!! We even took food home. But we will be back to try other dishes and definitely desserts!! And enjoy the live music!!!
