Hello! I just wanted to commend the team working on the evening of March 20th, consisted of Raquel at the beginning of the station, she had a very sweet demeanor. Alexis was the one who primarily built my order (a wrap) and she is also one of my favorite employees at Salata! She is very kind, approachable and has excellent customer service. Anytime of day upon visiting she keeps up her positive attitude and welcoming aura. I’m currently 5 months pregnant and have been going to this location for the past month after being disappointed with a different location for too long and Alexis is definitely one of the reasons I always return back to this location. Anytime she makes my order I always get in a better mood from the interaction and full afterwards which is how you should feel after spending 20$ for a meal! Kris was the one to wrap my order and did so very efficiently and warmly like her coworkers, and one of my other favorite employees was also working that night, Mayra on register! She is THE sweetest and warmest woman I’ve encountered in food service so far! She helped me to start using my app to earn my points when I’ve had it for a while but just forgot to start using it, and have been shopping at Salata (different location) for over a year. But now just within the past month I’ve been earning points and rewards! The service was so exceptionally excellent so close to closing time that I felt moved to tip higher than the highest option available on the tip options given. All of these women deserve a note of recognition for their wonderful work ethic and customer service. Every time I visit it’s a joy, but I was worried and felt bad to arrive so close to closing time, and the customer service I experienced completely wiped away any fears I’d had, and I left in a wonderful mood with amazingly delicious food for dinner. Read moreIt’s very unfortunate but this location has declined tremendously! Since the previous manager left, I believe his name was Andre the service level and store environment is not the same at all. The new manager snd employee’s are not pleasant at all. The language bearer is very challenging, quite a few of the employees hardly speak little to no English. This makes it’s complicated and frustrating when you are trying to order. The Manager has a rude and terrible attitude about providing service to the customers. I have watched the same manager currently be utterly rude to a customer earlier this year or late 2021. She’s not pleasant at all and her not so friendly attitude brings the moral of the store and customer service down. I will not eat with this location in the future. This last time we ordered from the Spring Green location, and got home and discovered that our salad had missing ingredients. We had NO kale and NO cranberries. We immediately knew our salad was off and it was so plain without these ingredients. I called and spoke to the manager, Dean, who said that I could come back and they would fix it for me. I said that I had already arrived home and it would not be convenient to come back. Dean said that he would look into the situation and give us a call back because I asked if they had ran out of these ingredients. I just wanted some explanation as to why this happened.
