Today May 4, 2018 . My name is John I am in the US army stationed here on fort bliss. My experience with Charleys today is Very unacceptable. After a long workday I had purchased a chicken teriyaki sandwich from charleys at the mini Fort Bliss PX. It was in the evening. Though because I had things to do I waited to eat the sandwich later tonight around 2045, as I started to eat the first sandwich I noticed hard fragments in the chicken I figured it was Burt chicken and that is why it felt so tough and hard. Now I ate the entire first sandwich proceed to the second one. When I started eating the second one this piece of fragment came down my back teeth and it was very painful. Seriously I had to spit the food out I looked at the fragment examined it. It seemed to be bone like or something along those lines. This is not cool. Honestly I’ve never had issues with food places and I’ve never had a bad experience like this, I’ve even had Charleys before and had a great experience. I am not happy. Already contacted corporate and contacted the store I purchased the sandwich from, I still have the sandwich I have my receipts and pictures and videos as proof. Fwi my teeth...

Its so loud you cant hear while you order or get your add ons at the end. The giant pieces of clear plastic dont help. They consistently put the wrong sauces and veggies on the sandwich, despite being crystal clear. Someone ALWAYS has an attitude and acts like the customer is a pain. Considering how expensive it is to eat here as a family, I expect far more from the employees and order accuracy. Wont be...

They are cured meats! They are salty all ready. Please teach who ever is on the flat how to properly season food. I don't understand why they would put so much salt on things that are all ready salty. Is it really that hard to do? This is basic cooking 101, I don't think I'm asking a lot. Please no more 80 shakes of salt...
