Bad business rude, unprofessional we come in expecting to get fresh food not left overs that probably been sitting all day scraping the rice at the very bottom of the pot We asked if we could give fresh rice they gave us the fresh rice and then we try to get the chicken the chicken was so dry that we asked because we seen some that's being cooked if we can get that one she's like no you can't and then my husband said well do you have any other additional fresh one and then she's like no you can eat this one and I was like we don't want to eat this one since the meat looked very dry and hard looking when we coming in here for fresh food not food that's been sitting out all day .We all get frustrated at work I understand because I use to work fast food but it's a level of common courtesy to people who come in to at your establishment when someone is just asking for you to give fresh food I can understand that if she was paying for it that she gets what she wants right but why can't we if we're paying for it That's how to keep them in business by us coming in being patrons to eat from here. Bad customer service all all around and then because you don't understand Spanish they speak Spanish right in front of you like we're crap and which is not right tell us in English what you said. At the one on Westheimer is a little better because they have fresh food there but because this just open closer to us we thought to try it out. When she first walked in there was no one in the restaurant and it looked like everything was low or out of stock. I asked her to get me a quesadilla and the girl in the front told her she was only able to get a kids quesadilla. I’m an adult. But I said that was okay we then asked her to put bell peppers and onions in the quesadilla and she said she wasn’t able to do that and it would be a upcharge. Then my friend asked for cilantro and she said they no longer had any. How are yall making the cilantro rice without cilantro?!?
