6•15•25and 3 months later still came backnand yet still they are consistent awesome serving,for the price well worth it and great taste. Everything still taste great not over empowered with just soy sauce or eel sauce it is very delicious how their food is prepared love the pansi and hubby ordered the fried noodles which he had never tried and loved it just was surprised with the serving oh my yet no complaints you wont regret coming here we loved it and will continue driving here takes us abt an hour and well worth the trip for us. Thank you chopstix customer service is good to. Pics for my proof and it tasts like it looks lol. Yum!

3•22•25 never ceases to dissapoint always on par great food & service and flavors are distinguished i ordered the triple plate bit spicey but delicious and hubby ordered the Chicken pansit was good but best is the original pansit as it is made. Customer service is always nice they check up on you frequently and refills so it's nice to see that. I recommend this restaurant very good verses others food taste the same regardless what you order but here, it's great it's a nice choice and awesome meal and for me it's worth the drive I drive about 1 hour and 10min just to get here. But will continue if service and food stays the same. Thank you chopstix.

2•17•25 we decided to come back we came b4 this date but I reordered the Pansi which was awesome but this time I ordered the Chicken Almond and husband ordered the Beef Jalapeno man both dishes well served and super delicious I do recommend this hidden Gem. Awesome people are very hospitable. All 3X's I've been here service is always great. Will be returning if I'm in the neighborhood. Great eats.

1/2025 I finally found a good Chinese restaurant because here in the valley closer to brownsville, you are not gonna find one. They are either all related and same dish and flavor to most. This one is not related to the one in brownsville chop sticks. I really recommend it here it is super busy. There are a lot of take outs. anyways, our service was awesome. Our waiter shouted out to Alex. He was very attentive and very hospitable, glad he explained what I was looking for. Whatever I liked about this place was their food. You can actually taste everything on the plate vs. When everything is over empowered by whatever sauce they use. Here it is made nicely and delish. I have no complaints but to come and visit and try it you will not regret it. My husband ordered the Chicken jalapeno plate, and I got the pansi combination plate very good and well served. Me and my family used to go here all the time. We decided to stop by today and get sweet and sour chicken and orange chicken. The food was very distasteful and ive never had this issue before. Both sweet and sour plates tasted completely different from each other. The saucing seeming like they came from two different places. The orange chicken was drench in sauce and still had no full flavor. One of my sisters loved her meal and voiced her experience, she herself tried our plates and said something was wrong. We communicated the issues and discrepancies to the waiter. The waiter cut us off and told us to talk to the owner. My sister spoke to the owner and her response was “no one else is complaining about my food”. The owner insisted my family was “sick” or “not that hungry” if we were that unsatisfied. I was fuming. What kind of response is that? I came up to the owner and told her that her response to our complaint was not appropriate. Her response to me is that no one else complained. She got frustrated and told us we should’ve told our waitress immediately … which we did multiple times - our waitress told us she only takes the food out to the tables and didnt want to hear our concerns. The least she couldve done was let management know the issues and or bring the manager to speak to us. None of us finished our plates leaving with 4 to go boxes. As I continued to talk to the owner the whole time she was not engaged in the conversation, looking away or looking down. She cut me off and told me she would discount one plate. I told her thats not what I was trying to get out of this. I explained to her im a big girl… I eat anything so there’s obviously an issue. I had to explain to her that a response of saying “no one else has an issue” is an inappropriate response. I responded saying “well arent we someone?” “We have an issue so why dont we address it and have a conversation about it.” I paid and left as It was inevitable they did not care. The service was beyond terrible and I cant even fathom the fact they would call us sick or just not hungry. Unfortunately, a party of 4 does not go to eat out because they “aren’t” hungry. The behavior and food was disgusting. It felt like I was in an episode of kitchen nightmares with the amount of dismissive customer service and...

I had not been back to this place for a year or so , today I took my family to what we expected to be a nice dinner but it turned horribly nasty. We order a pork and shrimp roll appetizer platter to start with and also placed our order. This first wrong thing and I hate this from restaurants is to get the appetizer with your lunch....appetizers are APPETIZERS...they are supposed to be there before of the big plate. We got all at the same time to begin with which defeats the purpose of the appetizer. My boys, wife and myself started eating the appetizer and food at the same time. One of my boys was half way done with his appetizer roll when he said he didn't like the flavor of the roll. I started eating my roll and as I was about to swallow when it hit me......a strong disgusting odor and flavor of spoil food. All of us have ate at least half of a roll before realizing it was spoil. I called the waitress and made her aware, she just told me if I wanted another plate or a refund just for the appetizer. My family and I didn't wanted to continue eating and left all our food untouched. I brought up the subject to the cashier and she asked me if I had tried those rolls before? Telling me in so many word that the rolls were not spoiled and maybe I have gotten confused with the flavor. I'm not stupid, I know if food is spoiled. I have eaten this plate before and I can tell the difference between pork/shrimp or spoil food!! I was so disappointed that they didnt offer a small discount for that disgusting experience. Not to mention that my two boys and myself now have a stomach infection. I should of just gotten up our table and walk out but I didn't to avoid a scene but thinking about it I should of done that.

This is the last time I'm stepping into this restaurant. They don't even attempt to keep their customers happy by going out of their way for something that serious!!

I've been here in the past and I remember the food and service was wayyyyyy better!! My recommendation......go elsewhere as they have mediocre service and food flavor.

If I could give it zero stars...
