This place Definitely deserves a five star rating. I work in an environment where tactical is a must in everything you do. I saw a post on Facebook market and saw a Panasonic toughbook computer in excellent condition and a reasonable price. The person who assisted me was the owner himself, and it was extremely professional and truly understood. What kind of computer I was looking for I showed him the picture of the one he advertised and sure enough he had it available. It’s an older laptop but when I saw it, it looked and performed as if it was brand new. I was extremely pleased with the service and attention to detail, Mr. Lopez Provided. I am in the process of getting some more computers. 8-15-25 Wife had an issue with power supply not staying plugged in on her laptop. After talking with the computer manf, the insurance provider who we have it covered with and Best Buy all whom wanted to send to computer off to be fixed for a minimum of 3-6 weeks, we came to RGV Computer Guys. He looked it over, asked before pulling the back off of the computer and said it would be approx. $150 to fix, but over time, it would do the same thing again. He then came up with a simple solution at minimal cost, made the repair and checked to make sure all was working correctly. He replaced the back and we were on our way.
