Basically as soon as I walked in on 11-26.. and sat at the bar the bartender woman wearing a cap which I believe her name was Christy not to sure of her name since I had to ask she didn't introduce herself to us which was very unprofessional..she was not there most of the time she said she was out smoking a cigarette which I found pretty rude because she did that all night.... Didn't wash her hands which is very unsanitary...then we finally got to order a drink and she spoke to my group of people there with an ugly attitude and said she was in a very bad mood not to bother her with questions we should know what we want already...my friends and I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN ! And that's because we love going there ALL THE TIME but if we decide to go back it will only be with the bald bartender because he's very attentive and gives great customer service as well as very knowledgeable in what he does...Not once has he ever been rude and he serves you with a smile as if he loves what he does and loves being there... He's a great worker.. we're all very glad to see when he's working there since we are given exceptional service from him Unfortunately I will be spreading the word about that horrible female bartender and make sure to call before we go to make sure the bald bartender is there he is awesome!! I believe his name is Kalifa... my suggestion is people that have really bad attitudes or aren't people oriented and can't at least smile or just don't like their jobs make the company lose money and get a bad reputation to this place and shouldn't be working there... its a place where people go to have fun not be treated badly! This is a small place with all the charm you'd expect from a country-side pub. Luckily it's right there next to Shary road and pretty easy to find. They have a nice selection of imported beers and some domestic favorites. Ash trays and peanut bowls are plentiful and not easily confused for one another. There's a dart board but the limited floor space doesn't make enough room for a pool table. Not much room for dancing either but it is possible. They keep the restrooms clean and the barman and maids are good spirited folk who are easy to get along with. The maids wear t-shirts and jeans instead of any sort of costume making it easier to spot them in the crowd and gives them freedom of movement so they can get your order very quickly. The juke box is well stocked with country-western, norteno and tejano along with several rock classics. I absolutely love the vibes of this place. Its a cute hole in the wall bar with an older crowd. They dont have fancy drinks BUT they got a variety of liquors & they arent stingy with it either. got a gin & tonic with lime & it was strong just the way i like it. & for a good price for a drink! The workers are like friends & theyre a range of music genres. theres also booths & tables & the restrooms are always clean! oh yeah...
